So I got uniform P1 doorway - 2 Jul 2026 - (614 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank
So I got uniform P1 doorway.
I'll leave it out because I'm here till later on.
I'm trying to add something a minute.
Bear with me.
Haters are trying to conceal the fact that one of our landlords might be emptying one of our shops.
And that's absolutely fine if I was a normal tenant but we're not a normal tenant with a registered CIC.
So you cannot dispose, sell, clear, or you can clear but you've got to put it into storage and claim the storage costs.
You can't sell, give away, damage any of our stock or equipment in any of our shops because it belongs to the CIC and is classed as a CIC asset and not my personal staff.
And obviously when we signed a lease the landlord is fully aware of who we are.
They actually approached us.
Fully aware of what we do.
Fully aware that we were a registered CIC which legally you need a specialist court order to dispose, sell, gift, or damage, or bin.
Anything that belongs to them which they haven't got.
And yes you 100% right you know under tort law the landlord has to give you X amount of time to collect your belongings but maybe what the haters don't realise is that the landlord stopped us from collecting in the designated time period.
So we gave them an option of packing it all up and dropping it to the donation centre or Pontypool shop.
Now we've got P3.
Donation centre would be better for me because it's flat rather than P3.
Because according to the haters I've got to crawl through a broken window and scale up the side of a roof to get into P3 which we haven't.
We have stay cases.
They have stay cases in Pontypool.
They are very antiquated and very quirky but we have stay cases.
So there's a couple of things there that need to be addressed.
Like I said after Blackwood shop I'm not packing up stuff and going because the landlord has got to be in their bonnet about something.
I'm not.
End of story.
Like I said if you've got an issue with it then I'll leave it all for you to deal with.
But you can't just dispose of it.
You can't just chuck stuff out that belongs to a charity or a CIC.
You can't just sell it on to a clearance firm.
You can't just pass it on to somebody else.
So it has been reported as theft in progress and criminal damage because there are items that have been damaged as well that we know about so far.
So it's all been passed on to the police.
So you can thank Sherlock's little group of bullying haters for releasing that information to me today and for giving you the wrong information to deal with it.
So there we are.
If any landlord so decides they don't want us in their property you are more than welcome to go through the legal process bearing in mind we are a registered CIC.
Trademarked registered CIC.
So if you've dumped one of my signs in a bin and damaged it not only is it criminal damage it's damage to our trademark as well and if we get a fine off the council you'll be paying it.
I won't.
But if you want to come in and pack it all up nice and tidy and drop it to the donation centre or to P3 you are more than welcome to.
But you need to do it on a time where we can organise it so we can get volunteers to receive it off.
I'll leave it out because I'm here till later on.
