So, hi guys - 7 Apr 2026 - (7,054 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank
So, hi guys.
I thought we'd debunk some more myths.
I've just put up a post now.
They're saying that we've been refused funding.
We were refused funding because we didn't...
and we've had previous funding, often £1,000.
We didn't fill in the paperwork right because it's different now with a CIC.
Whereas before we weren't.
We were just a constituted community group.
So, the town council... I'll see if I can pull it up now, guys.
The town council are aware that I'm speaking to you now about it.
That's on the website that we've been refused.
So, I've just put that up.
So, I'll put that up to explain it to you now.
They haven't refused to work with us.
What it was, when the finance meeting came up, it was around Christmas time.
Volunteers can back me up with that.
I've done the dolls, by the way.
There we are.
Got the doll things on.
Don't know if you can see them.
I sellotaped them on just in case they come off.
I've got to get them down.
I've had a volunteer in as well.
So, I've been a bit all over the place because I've got to go through stuff with a volunteer.
But she knows us well anyway because she was a customer.
So, that's cool.
I've got to get them down and I can't...
Oh, my little stool is wrong by you.
I'm a bit all over the place because I've been on the phone.
And then we had a guy in from down the barber shop.
And he came in and he was going, hey, ta, hey, ta.
And I was on the phone to Dan because the fire popped over to see Dan in Pontypool.
They're more than happy for volunteers to go over there.
They haven't said that no volunteers can go in.
So, they've gone over to check out that the progress is going there and they seem happy enough.
So, they're happy for volunteers to go over Pontypool.
And they're still happy for customers to have designated slots and to pick up stuff and to buy stuff from out the front.
So, you know, again, false narrative.
Because obviously the haters are saying it's been shut down.
It hasn't been shut down.
We haven't.
Nobody's told us we've got eviction notices.
We've had a look around.
We can't see any.
Nobody's posted them to us.
As far as we're aware, we're waiting on the work to be done and we're looking to sign for P3.
Knock through to P3.
I'm trying to get up here now and I'm going to stand here and I'm going to go...
These, look, I got a hand made on them anyway.
Can't know they've got a...
And the other thing is if they've got bits on, they should have the manufacturer's details on them from the wool.
What I just say is if you've got a ball of wool, keep the label off it for me and I'll just laminate it and put in my wool folder so that if anybody wants to see what the wool material is made out of, I can say, well, I've got a folder there.
But yeah, and that'll be the same for any shop now.
Anybody doing a raffle, they've got to have fire labels and they've got to have one of these choking labels because if...
See that bit there.
If that bit come off there, somebody could choke on it, which is fair enough.
Fair enough, isn't it, guys?
And they're good enough to come in and tell us and explain it to us, not just send me a 50 page email for me to figure out on my own.
They come in and tell me exactly what to do and I'm happy with that.
So yeah, we've had a good... she's had a good sort out, not my volunteer.
I can't give her names because they've already tried to attack her once because she's a customer.
She's had a good clean up.
I got stuck on a phone then with a fire over there.
But yeah, it looks straighter.
Looks straighter than when I'm year on my own, doesn't it, guys?
We've taken down that, put them under the sink now, ready for winter.
So that's nice.
We've got a nice breeze coming through.
So yeah, I just wanted to debunk the myth that Pontypool Town Council have not collaborated with this website whatsoever.
They have not given permission.
They've not spoken to anybody and as far as they're concerned they wouldn't because they know the abuse is going on and they're still actively supporting us within the town.
So that is a false narrative that's been put out.
While we didn't qualify for the finance, it's because we didn't put in relevant documentation.
But I'm sure we'll get there.
You know, I'm sure once we realize what we've got to include, because you've got to have all your paperwork and you've got to submit it all at once.
Well, we were a bit dribs and drabs because we were on holiday as well, you see.
And the fire are more than happy.
They've been there today now and they said no volunteers can go in.
Dan is working in room five.
Four or five.
I can't hear you if you're coming in.
So even knock loudly.
We could do that with a bell.
If he'd have had a bell, that would have been better.
But we've probably got a bell kicking around in there, you know, bing bong.
But he can't see if you're coming in on a thing and he's dragging stuff out of the thing.
So if he wants something from outside, just knock.
That's not a problem.
But I think he's got the door shut because he don't know who's back and forth at the moment.
And we don't want haters in there videoing and God knows what.
And he's oblivious because he's in the back room, isn't he?
But he's got about 200 bags of donations to go through.
So he really needs volunteers in.
So fire brigade being in today, they have said yes to having multiple volunteers in there.
And they're more than happy that he's shifting the stuff out from there.
You know, they're like, well, you know, it's got to be done.
You've got too much stock.
You know, downstairs is you can't have any access at all because it's full.
But we know that because we're using it for storage.
So again, they're just making a mountain out of a molehill.
But they've been on the phone to the fire brigade this morning, you see, because we asked for volunteers in there.
I'm just going to pop it against my glass for a minute, guys.
But I just wanted to make a posting person to say that, yes, volunteers are allowed in there.
And they've gone out and...
Let me stick these on before I forget.
They've gone out to see what was going on today because the haters lied and said, oh, she's got loads of people in there.
And we haven't got anybody in there.
I think I'm in there today.
I've been lucky.
I had a volunteer turn up.
I've got two tomorrow.
So, yeah, just debunking the myths again, guys.
You know, a lot of it is only information they'll give them.
And the council will only give them the bare minimum that they legally got to give them information.
You know, they can't be bothered with them.
And thank you to the admin groups that removed the guy from Tredegar.
I mean, he doesn't even live in Pontypool.
He's posted in the Pontypool groups.
They removed his posts because he had posts of P2 up saying it was dangerous, blah, blah, blah, for customers.
Well, customers don't go in P2.
Job done.
They came off Tmoo, they did.
I'm not sure.
I did say on my thing how many.
I might have to look on Tmoo because when you get the instructions, it's all, I don't know where the bank have gone now.
So the other thing is it's going to be on the, you know, the checks, the Velindra checks.
They've got to have, or these have to have a fire label as well.
So they can't go out yet anyway because they still have fire labels.
But, and the checks.
I mean, the sticker's bigger than the check, isn't it?
But they've all, they've all got to have those on there now because that could come off, look.
So legally, even if you're fundraising, legally you've got to have them on there.
Somebody kicked off this morning and said about one of the hospitals.
No, no, they don't.
The hospitals don't need them.
The hospitals do.
They've been into, they came in and told me because they knew that once the haters found out, they'd be on me like there's no tomorrow.
So they come straight in to tell me
to get my wall in order, you know, before the haters start and they pick up on it.
So that's what we've done.
We've taken off the cardis until we get a chance to sew the things in.
And they've got to have a label sewn on them now.
And I've done the China dolls.
Is there anything that could be class now?
Let's have a look in and about.
But yes, I wanted to debunk that.
But it's absolute nonsense again.
They're just twisting the narrative again, guys.
And like I've said to the town council, there are people on bail over this, over this website.
You need to be really careful.
Because there are people on bail that run charities and do other things, okay?
Or are their charities shut down?
So if you're participating in it, you need to be really careful.
So I'm trying to think.
What else now?
Oh, I'll tell you what I got that might come under it.
Is I've got a farm.
And they're like made out of metal.
Really old fashioned, I think.
She's done a good job by here, considering she was in here for a couple of hours.
So okay.
Like maybe the action man.
But there, see the doll in the back there?
He would need one on him now.
So we'll have to go around it.
There's this picture of...
He needs to go up on the wall, lad.
That's a lovely one, that.
It's an original, that is.
Can't put it in the window now, because there's sunlight streaming through now.
We'll bleach it.
That's pretty, isn't it?
We've still got a couple of the wallas in winter.
They've got tags in them because they're shop bought.
But like this, see there's one snuck out there, look.
Yeah, they've got to come off now.
That's a shop bought one.
So it should have the tag in it.
If it's got the tag in it, that's OK.
It's a lot, isn't it?
You don't realise how much it is, do you?
When you're doing things like this.
But here, somewhere here...
I had a metal farm.
There he is.
Can you see him?
That will need a sticker on now.
And see that Etsy thing that's been handmade?
It's like a fiddle blanket or something.
Right?
It did like 30 quid online.
It's a handmade one.
Now, that might have one sewn in it because it's come off Etsy.
That's how I found the price and everything.
But that might need one on it.
Maybe these old Max Arnos toys.
I mean, they're in a cupboard.
So if you had a shop now, you'd need to separate your toys from your toy area as well.
So like this.
If this didn't have it on the packaging because it might not because it's old and it's vintage.
Probably have.
I'll have to have a read.
Oh yeah, it's got something on it.
It's not suitable for under 36 months.
We've got signs up as well somewhere.
I'm going to get them printed because we're going to keep this offer on.
But even, like, look.
See things like that?
They would each have to have a fire label in them now.
So...
And that goes for anybody.
If you're selling them on a car boot, if you're selling them yourself, they've got to come out.
So we've got labels.
We just haven't had a chance.
My mum's got to get the sewing machine out and sew them in.
Once we've got them sewed in, it's not a problem.
When I'm back out for sale.
I think I've had a bit of a collapse in my window.
I'm not sure.
I need this gone.
It's taken up loads of room.
10 pounds.
It's got a bag of furniture.
It's lovely.
Look at it.
I need it gone, guys.
I want all the big stuff gone.
I do.
The trouble is now, because I said to Daniel, we've got a lot of Disney teddies in the window, but because of the sun, they're going to bleach, aren't they?
So we need to be careful with that now.
Because we could damage them.
They could get damaged in the window, couldn't they?
Trying to think what else would need...
Well, I'm sure they'll come in, won't they?
They'll come in and say, oh, that's not good.
What I'd say to trading standards is, when you come in, go round with the staff, or me, or whoever, because if you go round, you're giving them invaluable free training, they might say, that's not good.
That's not good.
You can't have them on there.
That can't go on there.
That's got to be on a specific sort of thing.
Is that...
I think we've got to redo the test on that, because it's over a year now.
That's a lazy spar egg.
So, after a year, you've got to do your test again.
Or they might say, oh, they've been withdrawn from sale.
But they'll go through it and say, this is how...
And they're giving the staff valuable training.
And what I always say to them is, go through it...
Because, look, this is the actual thing she picked up and it's gone back out, that could come off and that could be a choking acid, couldn't it?
Yeah.
So, that's got to come off.
But it can go back out once it's got the labels on.
So, it's...
It is a minefield, isn't it, guys?
To run a shop like this, a second hand shop, it's not as easy as it looks, is it?
I can remember him saying to one of our friends once, who runs an house clearing shop, well, you can't sell that table, it's made out of wood and we've got a fire label on it.
And they're like, this wood is going to burn, anything that's not wet, is going to burn, isn't it?
So, I've done that and then I got busy so she carried on doing work then, so thank you for that.
I do appreciate it.
I've got two in tomorrow, you.
Oh, you won't recognise the place now, man.
Now I know you.
Because I'm organised chaos, guys.
I don't pretend to be anything else, do I?
But yeah, I just wanted you to be aware that they are posting this and that.
And the refusal was we didn't send in the correct paperwork.
So, obviously we'll have a look at it now.
Perhaps we need to go and have a bit of training with Citizens Advice to tell us what we need to provide.
And once we've got it, we'll just have a file in and we can just attach the file to every application that we do in there.
But this is what they're trying to do, you see.
They're trying to make out now that we were shut down and they're not supporting us, which isn't true.
Because if we go over there, I'm quite sure that the council staff will sit down with us, you know, for a booking appointment, I expect, and go through what we've actually got to submit with us.
Because that's how helpful they are, because they come to us in the first place and say we were entitled to it.
So, otherwise I would never have known.
And they've already given us £1,000.
And they're more than happy that they've given us that.
They haven't asked for it back.
And they haven't asked for we're just gone or anything like that.
And we got receipts for it anyway, you know.
Because it was given forward to run the food bank.
And we got receipts for it.
So, but they've put all sorts of stuff up again today.
And it's not true.
They're using photographs of P2.
Well, we wouldn't have anybody in P2, because A, we haven't gone through the donations.
And we only have senior volunteers going through the donations anyway.
And it's all done on CCTV.
So, we're using it as a storage point.
It says it on the windows.
I think they're clutching at straws now.
I don't know about you lot and what you lot of guys think.
A lot of the feedback we're getting off people in the shops and out and about and more of who is this getting a bit ridiculous.
You know.
And to turn to put that up today now, to say that we were rejected, blah, blah, blah.
It's not, that isn't true.
We didn't qualify for it because we filled in the paperwork wrong.
And if they did it right.
If they didn't have this group where they kept attacking us.
Attacking anybody who supports us.
And they just kept it to credible sources of information.
I think perhaps they might have actually been a bit more successful in trying to shut us down.
Because we didn't know what we were doing.
You don't know what you're doing when you start this.
And we never started it to be this big.
And there's so much to do and so much legal stuff to do every day.
It's difficult, isn't it?
You know.
To keep on top of it.
Plus all the donations and everything else.
But because they've targeted us and started picking on us.
I think that's their downfall.
That's what I reckon.
I reckon that's their downfall.
Because people can see how horrible they are.
And people are like, well I don't want nothing to do with our charity now.
Because look how horrible they've been to Jane.
On that website.
Or I'm not going to I'm not going to that pub.
Because look how horrible that person's been there now.
And they run that pub.
I'm not going in there again.
Because look how horrible they've been to Jane.
You know.
And all the rest of us.
Tmoo.
So we've got six free items.
But how much have I got to spend before I get the six free items?
That's got to be false advertising.
How much have you got in your Tmoo basket?
I've got about £900 in mine.
Waiting to check out.
And I'm like, nah.
I've had two free colouring books off of me.
And that's all I've ever had off Tmoo.
What have you had guys?
That was funny.
I was on the phone.
Because I say to the staff, you know, and Dan.
Anybody come in, ring me.
And I'm on the phone with you then.
When you're walking around the shop with whoever's in.
Like you know, important.
And so they came in to see how he was getting on.
And they said the haters had been on the phone complaining this morning.
Like they've got nothing better to do.
They're a bit annoyed they are.
Because they've taken pictures of them.
And put pictures of them on the website now.
And like they said, you know.
We know we're going to get photographed today now.
And they know that I'm going to be all over the website today now.
They're only doing a job for god's sake.
So yes.
Anyway, they came in.
And like they said, you know.
So he rang me.
So I'm going through it.
And I'm on the phone.
And then my volunteer was here.
She's a bit like me.
And he came in.
He was like.
He was going.
Hater.
Hater.
On about heater.
He wanted to buy a heater.
And I was on the phone going.
What?
What?
And she's going.
Wait.
Wait.
I'll sort them out now.
They were a hater.
And I'm on the phone.
And I'm thinking I can't come off the phone.
I need to stay on the phone where the fire are there.
Yeah.
So.
They've said today now.
They would rather if Daniel had more than one person there with him.
Anyway.
You know.
I always work on my own.
And Dan works on his own.
We always have them.
But if we got volunteers then there's usually two of them.
But yes.
They've authorized to go in.
They've authorized you to pick up stuff.
They've authorized people to buy stuff from out the front.
You know.
As far as they're concerned.
The volume of stock that we've got needs to be lower.
Because it could...
It's just going to combust.
It's just going to burn the place down.
Because it's all flammable.
Everything is flammable.
But it's the nature of the job.
So.
You know.
It's just... But that's what we're doing.
We're sorting it out now.
He thinks he's found more clothes now.
So he might do some job lots of clothes bags for you.
Ten pound bags again.
Or I don't know.
Three for fifty.
You know.
Whatever.
I don't know.
Whatever we were doing.
Because we can't get them out anyway.
That's the problem in there.
Is we can't get them out.
So it's not like we can say we'll put all of them up on a rail.
Because we're full.
So yeah.
I wanted to come up and say to you that that isn't true.
And I've spoken to them.
And they have not corresponded with them whatsoever.
And we were not refused because of anything they were doing.
It was because our paperwork wasn't filed properly.
And we needed additional information.
And we didn't know what we needed.
So there we are.
We can reapply.
And we haven't been blocked from reapplying.
So.
And like I said the fire has been in there today.
The shop has not been shut down.
They have asked for lower stock.
P2 is too much stock in it.
And nobody can volunteer in P2 because there's too much in there.
And it is just chucked in there.
Because that's the way it is.
We haven't got time.
Like I said.
We've only just gone round to buy an industrial racking for the actual donation centre.
And they went in the donation centre.
Because there was the one in the bushes remember.
The P2 weirdo in the bushes.
Filming Daniel and the fire.
And they can see what he's doing there.
But like we said we're limited to how many hours we can do in a day.
you know we need the authorisation of the council and everybody make sure we can have the volunteers in to do the work.
And they've authorised it today.
So there we are.
I wonder what they've put on the website about it.
Saying that we've been shut down for a third time this week.
Which we have not been shut down.
As for eviction notices nobody's told me we're up for eviction.
You'd have a job anyway.
If you're going to evict us I'm off.
I'll leave you with this lot then is there?
Now you've sorted all out shall I?
Like I said we've told all our landlords you need to give us at least six months notice.
And by law commercial property you have to give six months notice.
Because you could damage a business.
You can't just say oh I want you out next week.
You can't do that.
You have to give six months notice for a commercial company or building by law.
So you can't just do that.
I think we're three months.
I think tenants are three months.
I think landlords are six months for commercial.
But I don't know.
I might have got it wrong.
I usually say give us six months notice because it takes me that long to get down the stock.
And I found a landlord that I wanted to speak to about extending somewhere today as well.
So that was good when I went out earlier.
So I'm glad I've come in today now.
I haven't got as much done because I had to deal with some stuff online and then I had a new starter.
But fair play.
She's just gone with it.
Just tidying it up where it is at the moment because we can't move nothing around.
But we will get there.
So I just thought I'd come on and say that to you guys so that you were fully aware because they're twisting the narrative left, right and centre and that isn't what's happened and the town council know that I've approached them this morning about it and that they know that I've put this on Facebook today and they know I'm speaking to you about it as well.
I'd rather speak to you because you can ask me questions or you can hear it from my own mouth then.
Like Susan said yesterday you'd be Butch Cassidy next because they're on there saying I used to run a care home and it got shut down now because I was lying about being a nurse.
I studied adult nursing in Cardiff University.
If I say that and I'm lying I could be arrested for saying that online and charged and I've just said it online to you lot.
Would I risk that?
If I didn't have the qualifications and like Sammy has said and everybody else has said in the past it's absolutely irrelevant because you don't need to be a nurse to run a second hand shop.
But I could be arrested for saying that and I'm telling you now I have studied adult nursing at Cardiff University.
Maybe maybe they got the name wrong again.
Like when Mary had a text off the police officer Jane was whatever arrested and there is no further action or anything.
There's no whatever it is.
They said on the text I can't remember off the top of my head well surely if I was lying about my name surely the police wouldn't use a pseudo name would they?
They'd use my legal name and I am not being arrested for nothing.
They rang me, well Daniel rang me because he came in and wanted to know if this had happened and how to get hold of me and Daniel showed him the CCTV straight away didn't even ask did he have a warrant because we had nothing to hide.
The CCTV shows her with her arms folded pushing me.
I have an assault case against her.
Because she pushed me with her arms folded and I had one of her regular customers in there and I also had other businesses from out the front that support us watching when she was removed out of the shop.
But surely to God if the police are going to arrest me and contact her and discuss me with her they are going to use my real legal name because they would be looking to charge me and they would need to use my real legal name.
So they wouldn't use a pseudo name.
You know I know why I keep banging on about it myself I don't know because I'm quite sure you lot are fully aware of it anyway.
I don't need to keep telling you it's pretty obvious in there.
I got some lovely clothes guys I've had some lovely clothes in.
Anybody want to put them on for me?
We just haven't got the time to do it we are just so busy.
Just so busy with everything else especially now applying for grants and stuff we've just got so much to do.
We can't keep up with it now and I'd rather be honest with you we cannot keep up with it.
We really need people in now.
We really need people in to help us and it's been authorised that you can come in so whatever they say now you can ring the fire brigade yourself and ask them and say am I ok to go in and volunteer?
You know?
But that's what they've tried to do today now is they've tried to stop volunteers coming in by the look of it.
It's lovely out there but I'm going to have to take them candles out the window with little tea lights and they're going to they're going to go because of the sun but I'm going to have to watch like if we've got baby clothes and stuff in the window now it's going to bleach it in there with the sun.
So we're only open now Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday while we're on low staff.
If I get a member of staff to open up on a Monday and Tuesday I'll let you know.
You know that.
But at the moment we need to focus sort of Mondays well Sunday we tend to do fundraising but if we we've got the option to have the day off to do looking for grants you know so we can sit in the house in our pyjamas or in the garden doing grants it's a bit more you can be a bit more laid back then can't you?
You know with the cats and we're a bit chill doing it as well.
So Monday and Friday because people are usually busy on a Friday doing their food shopping or whatever.
I might because I might go off and do something on Saturday so I'm we might not open up Caerphilly until the afternoon because what I find in Caerphilly is I don't get any customers on a Saturday because whether you're old on Asda doing your food shop or whatever I don't know or Morrison's or whatever or off doing something else.
And then that's when I get customers I'm really quiet on a Saturday morning always have been here.
Weird as it's the other way around in Pontypool.
People come to Pontypool and perhaps then they go off and do their shopping and it's quieter in the afternoon in Pontypool.
So I'll I'll let you know anyway.
I try and put it online and thank you for putting up with the last couple of weeks and the last months because I am being well at all.
I'm much better now.
I've I'm foaming.
I'm not craving half as much sweet stuff.
Honestly I mean I was eating bags and bags of sugar before.
I think I was crashing and just grabbing the sugar.
That's what it was.
Just to keep going.
But I'm not even looking for sugar now.
And I was eating tons of it.
So I think it was something to do with the diabetes.
Oh what did I have last night?
Oh like a fool.
I had a bit of custard with a bit of like Swiss Roulade type thing.
And went straight to my head.
Had to lie down.
It was like being drunk.
It was like being drunk.
And I had to lie down after having cake and custard.
Isn't it dreadful?
And I went off lot.
Had to chuck old Mike because you know me.
I got about 50 blimmin' electric blankets on me because I feel a cold.
I'm in dreadful now.
I lost weight.
I must have had really fat feet and fat legs because my legs are freezing all the time.
I've still got my woolly leggings on.
And I'm about five pairs of socks and my woolly boots.
And I had to lie down.
I had to put a fan on me.
I was like being drunk.
I feel a lot better now I've got the met for me.
And I got another appointment coming up now next week with a GP and they're going to check my blood and everything.
But they said remember when I went in I said no I think it's diabetes and the doctor was like no it's not.
It's to do with your blood.
He was obviously wrong wasn't he?
Sometimes you've got to go with your gut instinct haven't you?
Ummm Yeah so sometimes you've got to do that.
We've got tons.
I've got a car full of beautiful stuff guys.
And
Ummm I can't get it out because I've got no room.
Anyway I need another shop now today.
Today I need another shop.
It's ridiculous.
And I've got stuff to sort out.
Dan will have pick ups tonight now.
He's got 200 bags to sort out.
Really need people in now guys.
If you can do jigsaws and games for us in Chekka we'd appreciate that.
I can give you the salad here.
We've just got to pick them up.
That's all from Pontypool.
All the ones I've seen here have been done.
Ummm My mum's had two weeks off games and they've built up a bit for her.
So she's had a break off them.
Stuck to jewellery now she has for a bit.
And I need stuff to put on.
Vintage people to do car boots.
And what we'll do is we'll put you in touch with the car boot organisers and they have all our documentation in advance.
So that's when they've kicked off.
Look they've gone on get lost.
She's a registered CIC.
And the thing is if they're doing car boots then they're going to end up getting themselves kicked off the pitch because they won't put up with it.
And we are the registered CIC to be there.
And we've already provided them with the public liability.
The CIC documentation.
The financial conduct authority information.
What I say to Dan is what we might do is print it all off and stick it in the windows of the shop as well.
And stick it on a board that we take with us to the car boots.
So that if people come up and they go oh that's that one that is.
Off the internet.
That everybody's talking about.
The famous one.
Then they can read it themselves and it's there in front of them that we're trademarked.
The trademark's been authorised by the financial conduct authority.
We're using that one now.
We're using the old bank fundraising shop now because it works better for us.
But then it's all on the board ready isn't it?
So when they walk past if they're in any doubt they can read it themselves or take a picture of it.
Because it's public documentation and you're entitled to see it anyway.
That's why I put it on.
And all of that's there and there then.
And yes I didn't have the number very big on the bucket.
Because I wrote it on with pen.
Because I thought oh that's an old sign.
I'll write it on with pen.
But now we got one big huge number on there like in the window you know.
So yes.
So yes.
It's been a funny old day.
It's been people about.
But I think she's done well today to tidy up.
Because it was like a shit tip.
Because we came in on Sunday morning before we went off fundraising and it got Daniel to rip it all about and do the big jobs.
And then I said leave it.
I'll tidy it up when I come in today.
You just do the big jobs.
I can't do like wangle that shelf in and saw the bottom of the other shelf.
So you save that shelf.
And then I said can you get the big stuff down for me so I can get it out so we can sell it.
Now the weather's better.
Couldn't have it out before because it's like wood and it was going to get rexy.
So it was like literally the tops of the cat.
Then I was like I'll just chuck the China dolls down by there because I've got to do them.
So yeah, I'll be going now for four.
Probably be shut at four.
Dan will be shut at four.
And then we're back open tomorrow.
A bit later going in this morning because he had to go and do the banking because I don't want any money there.
Cash in the house you know and get it straight in.
Well straight in, pay bills.
And
Oh and I slept late.
I had no excuse.
Did I?
Princess clutching up to me.
She's better.
She's a lot better guys.
So 20 odd ear and Rollo, 20 odd C.
Rollo's still on his squish mellow.
We rescued them knowing they were old cats because what I said to Dan was the thing is Dan was like can I have another cat I said there but they're going to get passed around especially if people put them up for Facebook for free.
They're going to get passed around in the later stages of their lives where we know they can come and live here and we'll feed them and they can sleep on the bed and we'll leave them there and put the electric blanket on for Princess.
She's like me.
She had a freeze.
And I've tried putting a jumper on her but she won't keep it on.
But like I said they might get passed around in the later stages of their lives where as with us they can just go in and out the cat flap, mosey up the garden come in and out, eat when they want because I always leave biscuits down for them all day because a lot of ours have had food insecurity as well so I just leave down like a big tub,
smaller than that.
I've got a big tub of biscuits, I buy them in bulk, you know.
So we know they're old but sometimes we forget.
We forget, you know.
And then we have a bit of a shock when they take a turn for the worst.
But she's doing okay.
She's doing good.
And she's on, I've got her like food, urinary food.
And somebody said, I don't know if it was Dee said, was it you Dee said about perhaps she's got renal failure now because she's older probably.
But she's doing okay.
Like I said, we wouldn't see her in any pain.
Unfortunately, that's what you've got to do.
When you're a rescue and a sanctuary or a new one being if they're in pain they've got to be put down.
But she isn't in any pain.
I don't know which one's the older because we know Rollo is 21 because they told us.
The family told us when we picked her up.
And I don't know, we know that she was old.
And we know we've had her for 10 years.
So I'm just assuming Princess is the older one.
Out of the two.
But she made me laugh when she made her recovery.
And then she was running around and she was going, starting fights with the other cats and running off.
And they were like, oh, didn't know what to do.
They were like, oh my god.
What is she doing?
But yes, I slept late today.
Sorry guys.
I was dreaming and all.
And I never dream, right?
Because I never sleep for that long.
So I never fall into the REM stages of dreaming.
And I was dreaming.
I had to use a hi-hat to move an engine.
I was like, what on earth?
And then I was in the river measuring something.
I could feel the cold on my feet.
I bet my feet were sticking out the blanket.
I could feel it, like the water on my feet.
And I was measuring something.
We're great because we're measuring stick.
We run out of stick.
Somebody was with me.
And I don't know who.
But that could have been a premonition that I was having to volunteer in today.
What else?
There was something else as well.
I was in the woodland doing something.
I ain't got a clue what I was doing.
But I never dream like that.
So I must have gone off quite a bit.
Must have gone quite deeply there.
I never do that.
But we're going tonight now.
We've got some donations to sort.
And homework.
I think all the washing is done.
We've done quite a bit of washing recently.
I'm going to spray some of my garden things.
I've got like little butterflies and stuff on the fence.
But they've gone a bit rusty.
So I bought spray to see if I can keep them going a bit longer.
Don't know where I'm for dinner.
Think I might add potatoes there.
Daniel did tuna mayo last night.
But it was so dry.
Don't put enough mayo with it, man.
I like mine really liquidy with mayo.
Choking on it.
Splattering on it.
Didn't have any mayo in there.
I think I've got a pile of stuff I want to use up.
I've got Yorkshire puddings.
One bag of Yorkshire puddings left.
Cheap ones.
In the freezer.
And then I think I've got I might add potatoes and red pepper.
So it might be a bit of a mismatch for dinner today.
Let me know what you're having, guys.
There we go.
What else do I think?
I've got tin stuff there.
And pasta.
But I don't fancy any of that.
Don't fancy any of that.
Oh, I've got to go.
I've got somebody coming.
See you after, guys.
