Right, so I've got two bags there now - 26 Feb 2026 - (691 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank

Right, so I've got two bags there now.
I think this is older children's clothes, but I don't know if I'm going to get it in.
I've got older, older, older, older babies.
That's an older one.
So we've got quite a bit of older children's clothes going over there.
But if I can keep the baskets so they're more accessible, then it's easier than trying to fight in to get them out, you know, because we've got quite a bit here.
See, this one's quite high.
I'll probably take some out of there as well, I think.
Try to try and level them off a bit.
And then I can get in and work this area better.
It's easier for me as well.
So we want all of these gone.
Right?
Bring a bag with you guys.
We're going to say carry a bag full, but it might be more.
There'll be a gap now because I have got a gap.
We like to keep the rails full because we do three for a pound.
We'll fill a bag for a fiver, don't we?
But these would have had to have been tidied up and sorted and refolded anyway.
So they might as well have come over with us, hadn't they?
And then hopefully if we can get those lot re-homed, then we won't have any piles on the floor.
Here's my plan.
That is my plan.
Whether the plan goes ahead.
Well, the plan will go ahead.
Whether the plan goes to plan, you know, we'll have to see.
But I'm hoping I don't bring any of this back.
It's going to be free.
OK, so if you're expecting a baby, or you've had a baby, or you've got a baby and other children who are older, there will be older stuff there.
We'll try and keep the older stuff to one table and the baby stuff to another, but it could get mixed up.
Well, that's two to three.
What's this?
And things like the pyjamas that need pairing up now, two to three.
So it could be that we just put them out.
But I don't want to be bringing this back, guys.
I've got enough to deal with here at the moment.
And so have the other shops.
So when we do two vines next month, we'll probably take it from Pontypool.
And if we've got excess.
Because we've offered it out.
We've offered it out to other baby banks.
Some baby banks have come and taken the note to threes and what have you.
And we've offered it out to support workers.
And the mums have been doing the filler bags for a fiver now.
And don't forget we had sales before Christmas.
It was like filler bag for a pound at one point, wasn't it?
But anyway, these are going to be free on Sunday.
So come along and support us, even if it's just to come and say hello.
Because the volunteers need it this week as well because they've had a shit week with these idiots.
So I've got... what have I got there now?
Quite a bit, haven't I?
Plus that's probably one car full.
Then we've got to get some baby equipment in there.
Haven't we?
Like the car seats and things.
So we'd probably fill a car with equipment.
Plus the stuff I've got.
So we could well be quite full already.
But we ram it in there, you know us, guys.
Ram it in there.
And like I said, I want it re-homed.
I don't want it... it's not for resale, guys, alright?
So no resellers.
It is specifically to help mums in this local community.
And if you're from a different community, to come over and meet other mothers.
And you can sit there, go through the clothes, decide what you want, fill your bag while chatting to other people as well.
And getting to know us as well.
That's what it's all about, innit?
And don't forget to put your name down on the raffle because it's a free raffle we're doing as well, guys, alright?
