Right, so I've told Daniel now to bring some of the bigger equipment back from Pontypool.
I've packed this bag up because we made those ready, didn't we?
There's just some bits I just priced in there that might go.
And then I've got three big bags, look, right, of older children's clothes.
That's in the way because they're overspilling onto the floor now.
And this tub.
These are going to be older children.
So these are what's on this one.
These will be free as well.
Two to three, so maybe three to four, five to six.
I don't know what they are, right?
We're just going to take them over and just pop them on the table and it'll be full of bag for free.
I think if I can get that... Oh no, I think some of that's... I'll have to check that.
But I haven't even put the baby stuff in yet.
Sammy's done me like six to ten massive bags of baby stuff.
But I'm going to take as much as I can from here, I think.
Worst case scenario, because it's local, if it all goes in the first five minutes, then I can come over, can't I, and get the rest of it.
It's not a problem.
But it's just this overflowing now in the baskets.
So when we get to that overflow level, once the overflow basket... because that's how we display it.
But then once we get to the overflow and it's coming out of the baskets, that's when we need to do a baby shower, I think.
Going forward.
And I've had this rail keeps coming down by year.
It's not a happy rail.
So Dan might have to screw that one into the backboard.
This is a bit disheveled.
I've had people come in again now for the raveway.
And it gets a bit disheveled.
I need the kick stool.
I don't know what I've buried expect under this one.
So I need to get the kick stool.
That's been quite well shopped.
That needs to be redone this area.
We were planning on doing it this week, but then my teeth were playing up.
Then I had to have my teeth out.
Then we had all of these problems.
I've got some clothes to be hung up.
Because the hangers were empty.
Because we like to keep the hangers full.
I've told him to send me a picture of Pontypool's clothes to see where we go.
But like things like our car.
So things are a little bit too much now that we don't want a lot of money for.
A couple of quid.
And they'll be gone.
Take it over with us for the equipment sales.
And then I see like there's loads in 3-6.
You can't even get to the 0-3s.
So we've got 0-3, 3-6, 6-12.
And then 12-18 is full.
So I'll see what we've got overflowing now.
And bag that up ready to go.
But I'll leave the bags open to see just in case somebody comes in and wants clothes today.
I don't know if we'll have room to take the children's shoes over.
Because I think we're on 3 buckets of children's shoes now.
We'll have a look.
I only really want to take 2 cars.
But we might have 3 now because we've got Dan.
But his car is smaller in there because it's a funny shaped car.
So I only really want to take 3 cars maximum because I want to make sure it goes.
But as you can see, this wall is becoming un-shoppable because there's so much on it.
So we need to thin it out a bit.
And I think by doing these baby showers, that's a good way of doing it, isn't it?
And obviously we'll get... well we'll get... I know we're doing one in March, but we're doing the end of March now.
Probably won't do it.
I don't know what date it is.
April 4th day.
I've got something on on the second.
I think I'm backing the dentist on the second.
I don't know.
I'll have to check the dates.
It might be that the next one will be April now.
Until then because we've skipped the day now, haven't we?
But yeah, they won't get us down.
Guys, especially when the weather's better like that.
Because I'll just pull up somewhere and say, we're doing a baby shower trial.
So they won't get us down, guys.
We won't let them... well we... you know us.
They would have three friends.
I said, oh I've got a customer coming in.
And then I was the second one.
I was just like, oh he's got three friends from Downspot.
So that was cool.
They used to have a market stall, antique market stall, Downspot.
So they're lovely.
They come round and see us.
So that was nice.
And one of them's daughter is having a baby.
So I've said, well, we've got tons.
So give us a shout.
And we can do you up a parcel.
Like, call me a baby parcel.
If you want any baby parcels, let us know.
But I am still low on staff because they're off with bereavement.
And I'm not going to be pushing them to come back anytime soon.
But if you want a baby bundle, let us know please.
What's going on out there?
Is somebody moving something?
Is somebody bringing something in?
I don't know.
Oh no, I think they're just rearranging a pram.
Panic then.
I was like, oh no, I can't move it.
Just rearranging a pram, I think.
Erm...
I'm quite looking forward to Sunday now.
I think it would be more relaxed, why I was going to book it on a Saturday.
I don't know.
Because I would have had to get cover for the shop.
I would have had to...
Worry about the shop while I was over there.
I know it's only two hours, but in two hours a lot can happen, can't it?
But I think a Sunday would be a lot better now.
And we do one a month.
And take all the excess clothes.
Because we've got tons.
We've got tons and tons of clothes.
And we can't always display the older children's...
Because we just haven't got the hanging space, you know.
We can't always display the 10 and 11 year old clothes as well.
It's hard.
We've got buckets over Pontypool.
But they get messed up so easy.
And it's such a maintenance job to keep on top of them.
It really is.
So let's do our event instead.
See how we got on with that.
So I haven't been on their page today.
So I don't know what they're ranting about us today.
But they are having a good week.
They hate us.
Look bad on them.
Fair play.
Oh yeah, my gums are healing a lot better now.
I'm going to start with the salt water today.
But they...
Really good.
Because they felt massive gaps because they were big teeth.
I was like, oh no.
I don't think I'm ever going to have a root canal again.
I don't know if you've been on TikTok and down the conspiracy section.
You know you're up too late when you're on the conspiracy section of TikTok.
But I went on the root canal conspiracy section.
And I was like, oh my god, I've got loads of root canals.
I thought I'm not going to have another one ever again.
And do you know what?
I am being right.
And I've had no end of trouble.
No end of trouble.
I'm never having another root canal.
I don't care what happens.
Well, not at £800 anyway.
Bloody hell.
I didn't pay £800 before.
I don't know if I paid anything for it.
But it was silver filling.
So I don't think it was... I paid for it previously.
I don't know.
But £800 for a root canal.
But I wouldn't have... even if it had been £8.
I don't think I'd have left it in.
Because I'd have said, get it out.
You know.
There's something going on under there.
And now it's out.
It's healing quite well.
Now, bearing in mind, I'm not a well person myself.
So my immune system is down.
So I'm really pleased on this.
I was coming down.
Especially as I've chopped off a bit of dead skin.
That was on there.
I was like, right, give me that scissor.
I've had enough of this.
Chopped it off.
I'm really pleased.
Our well is healed.
So I think, yeah, look at the root canal.
Conspiracy.
The Rudry drop-off point is going to be closing in the next four weeks, guys.
Because they're converting their garage.
So we won't be able to drop anything off at Rudry.
Probably, probably, I'd say a week left.
Because we've got to start picking it up from there then.
And taking it over to the donation centre.
So I think...
Yeah.
So if you've got anything to drop off over there now.
Make it the last time now.
And then we'll start picking it up.
Because they don't even know what's over there, guys.
So they could have millions of bags of clothes over there.
I don't know.
I don't even know what's over there.
They sent me a picture of the bags.
Just so I could have a rough look at it.
And thank you very much to that business and that family for helping us.
We do appreciate it.
Because there was so much fly-tipping going on around Christmas.
Because people couldn't drop off donations anywhere.
Because nobody was taking them.
And we were rammed when we...
You couldn't even move in here.
At least you can move around the place now.
Like I said, we're still waiting on funding to come in, guys.
You know, any luck, it'll all come in together.
And we can go, wait, I was, wait, I was, wait, I was.
Pay this up, pay that up, pay that up.
Pay it all up and then we know where we're going then.
You know?
But it's been a hard stretch from November right the way through.
It's been hard.
In April, they are increasing the...
They are removing...
Not increasing, let me get it right.
Removing the two-cap benefit.
For children.
Okay?
You need to be careful there.
Our mums.
Because it's leaving you wide open there.
If you're a vulnerable mother.
Right?
To some weirdo wanting to come and live with you.
Because they can see you're going to have more money.
Coming into the household.
Okay?
Now I'm quite sure there will be a lot of more...
More qualified charities out there than me.
To deal with that at the time.
But please be aware that some men and some partners Pray on women.
Because they know they've got multiple children.
Because they know they're going to have multiple benefits coming in.
Okay?
Now I'm not versed or qualified enough to discuss that.
From a social side.
You know?
With you.
But I'm quite sure there's lots of charities out there.
Women's charities and support charities.
That will address that at the time.
I think it's going to be good.
Because obviously the mothers are the ones struggling.
This is why we started.
Because mothers are struggling.
Because of the two benefit cap and everything.
Two child benefit cap.
But just be aware.
That you don't have somebody showing interest.
To get their feet under the table right now.
Because that limit is going to be going up guys.
Because there are men and other partners out there that pray on vulnerable women.
And vulnerable women with children.
So I just want you to be aware of that.
I'm not qualified enough to help you with that.
But there will be charities out there.
And we will be sharing posts about it.
But it's been a long old struggle.
We're waiting on the funding to come in now.
This shop's closing.
Somebody just said now what shop's closing in Caerphilly?
I never thought what shop would go.
I'll be gutting.
I don't know about the Roger Stone one.
But don't forget you've got the new old Woolies.
We've got Bits and Bobs.
So if you're ever looking for Bits and Bobs before you go and buy them.
From like B&Q, Screwfix or whatever.
There's Deira.
Come to us first and ask.
Because we've always got the odd Bits and Bobs.
At sort of the what shop prices.
Not major prices as they are in the other places.
There was a lady coming the other day.
She said I'm looking for buttons.
I said oh I've got a button box.
I said oh you're lucky.
I said you've got an old section in Pontypool like downstairs.
But you know I said I've got a box of buttons.
And she bought her buttons and off she went.
So it's things like that.
Haberdashery and Bits and Bobs for little jobs.
Of DIY that you can't get anymore.
You could nip into what shop.
And get them pretty cheap couldn't you?
Hooks and rivets or Bits and Bobs.
Couldn't you?
It would be gutting now when that one goes.
But yeah it's just.
Retail is awful at the moment.
It really is guys.
Really is.
And we're literally riding a wave.
Have you ever seen that massive wave?
And that surfers coming down it like this.
Somewhere in Bondi Beach or somewhere.
And that's us at the moment.
We're on that wave you know.
I think we'll make it through.
Well we can't not make it through.
Because what are we going to do?
We're still going to be sat here with the staff no matter what.
I mean whatever happens what are we going to do with it all?
We're giving it away now.
You know.
And I've also said to Daniel.
Before he prices anything now.
Can he show me what he's pricing first?
Because his pricing is a bit off.
And I have addressed it before in the videos.
And I have said in the videos in passing comments.
Volunteers that are pricers.
Can you keep your pricing lower?
Because they were going up a bit.
And you know it's not correlating with the credit crisis that's going on right now in the last 6 months.
We needed to come down a bit.
So I have told him before.
He prices anything in future to let me know.
Because I think £10.
£10 for the Thomas push along.
Yes we would have got it.
But the Mickey Mouse one.
Yes it was probably RRP £35.
But I think £10 was too much for that.
I think that's more like a £5 one.
She didn't comment on the other stuff in the video.
She was picking them up.
Because the other ones did say £5.
Because I told him to put £5 on them.
Which they would be £2.50.
Because obviously we're on sale.
So anyway he's priced them up differently today.
But I have advised him now to come through me first before the pricing.
We don't really need to price anything for 6 months.
We've got so much up that everything else can stay in storage now for 5 minutes.
At least 3 to 6 months before we pull anything else out and price it I think.
So there we are like I said guys.
We're waiting now on all this funding to come in before we can expand even more.
And do other things.
There's loads of shops coming up.
Especially Pontypool.
Little shops that we could have for a hub.
To do the craft nighting and everything.
And the library and the toy library.
Don't give me the key so I don't fill it up with donations.
There is loads of weird houses coming up.
But the price is still massive.
And you're just not going to get the money for it guys.
You've got to realise now your rent's got to come down.
So there we are.
Like I said, we're still in our stalemate.
Because we're waiting on funding.
And we're just going to carry on with our baby shower and do the rest.
Guys, I'm going to have my pasta now.
I think they only work out like a pound a pack.
There's quite a bit of pasta in them.
I'm going to warm it up now.
But I don't have a smart saucer and I like my sauce.
