Ah, breaking news guys, breaking news - 10 Feb 2026 - (2,184 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank
Ah, breaking news guys, breaking news.
Quick, get the haters online, get them online, quick, quick.
I got a shuttle 1 today guys, because I've got to go to the emergency dentist, I don't know if you can hear me.
I've had trouble for about a week, but I thought perhaps it was just a sensitive tooth, but I think the filling have come out.
So unfortunately now I've got to go down to my dentist in Ystrad.
I don't know if you can hear it, it's quite painful.
And you know I don't sleep much, but I'm not having any sleep with it.
So I need to get that done.
And then it works out quite well because I've got to nip over to the police station to sign my statement.
They've got somebody else, I think they've had what they call one of those CROs for online about us.
So I don't know, I go sure, I've had so many now, so many.
And then I've got a statement.
Remember the one that came in and kicked off with his girlfriend.
I think it was when Ailish was there, not long after she'd had the baby.
And Ailish was helping me.
I was sat in the chair, so you probably didn't see me because I'm usually sat in the chair somewhere in the corner out the way.
And he came in with a girl, and I don't know if it was his girlfriend or another girl.
And he kicked off and started swearing and shouting as soon as he walked through the door, like as if it was a set-up sort of thing.
You know, not that he'd come in and went pfff, because everybody comes in and goes pfff, I've got loads of stuff.
You know, but it was like, the minute he walked through the door and we chucked him out, put his picture up.
And I didn't know who he was, but I said he's come in and started kicking off and they were swearing.
And we had customers and kids and, you know, mums and stuff in the shop.
And I think Ailish stopped him from walking past.
She just stood there so he couldn't walk past, so he couldn't get any further.
Well anyway, he's kicked off again, right?
So I've got to go down to the police station.
So I mentioned to Daniel, I've got to go down to the police station.
Now this idiot, I said, I don't know if you can remember him, blah, blah, blah.
The one that was on Vinted, remember he was on Vinted and we had stuff up for like a pound, two pound on Vinted.
And he was offering six pound just being a nuisance on Vinted.
Asked him to six pound for this, seven pound for that.
And he was like, isn't he up for a pound just being a nuisance?
Well, anyway, I've got to go down for him because he's started now.
He's on one of the websites kicking off, doing a video or something.
I don't know, from Adam.
Like I said, we stopped him coming in because he was swearing and shouting as soon as he came through the door and we had kids in.
That's as far as we were concerned.
And the girl didn't say anything.
She just had a smirk.
She was just a smirk, I remember.
But apparently, well, I told Daniel anyway what had happened.
I said, do you remember the one with the Vinted?
He said, oh, he's on my Vinted.
He's on Daniel's Vinted doing the same thing and Daniel's just been ignoring him.
So I got screenshots of Daniel now as well to take down tonight.
And he's been trying to buy stuff like Daniel's got.
We only put stuff on Vinted, one pound, two pound.
We need it gone.
You know, we don't want to be blubbing, arguing in the comments how much somebody wants to pay.
That's why we put it on for like a pound.
And even when they even when we sell something for a pound, right, on Vinted or we just say to them, you can have three for two, you know, on the adults clothes just to get rid of them because we've got so many.
This is why I've had to get another company in to come and deal with the cheaper clothes.
You know, I've had to outsource the sort of thing.
I've got bags now, like I've had to put like ten bags in my car because I've been ten bags left outside this morning.
I've got ten bags now.
So anyway, I've got to go down because he's been messaging Daniel as well now.
Oh, my God, like what's the matter with these people?
They're obsessed.
But I think the police should have dealt with this like six years ago.
What they should have done was they should have got on top of him as soon as they started six years ago.
And then you wouldn't keep having all these idiots, would you?
You know, coming out of the woodwork because they'd know if one or two of them get charged or they get in trouble, then nobody else is going to bother, are they?
So that's another one.
And I've got to sign the statement because I haven't done it.
So they'll have more now tonight.
So we'll have to ask them to send me another link and send that over while I'm down there to say, look, he's doing it to Dan as well.
But it's still the business, you know, it's still a Jayne’s Baby Bank vintage.
So it's still a business one.
Might get Daniel to do a statement.
I don't know.
But Daniel's just been ignoring him, but he's also been sending messages.
So Daniel just ignored him and just thought, oh, I'm not selling nothing to you because you're going to be problematic anyway.
What we should have done was accept all his offers, shouldn't we?
And then he'd have to bloody pay it.
But he'd probably say the stuff never turned up, wouldn't he, and be a nuisance.
Yeah, just so that he could give us a bad review on vintage look, probably in there.
So, yeah, so I don't know if I did I mentioned in the beginning, I got to go to the dentist.
So I'm going to have to shut around one ish.
Maybe I'll pass one because I got to get to us straight, get this filling done.
And then back off.
And then I'm waiting on another link of another police officer to have 50 more pieces of evidence sent over.
It's ridiculous.
And it guys, but it's time they started charging them now, I think.
And I mean, they are now slowly doing it.
But if they did, you know, my point is, is if they had done this six years ago, three years ago, we wouldn't be in a situation now where they're running around trying to catch 50, 60 people are harassing us because they would have nipped it in the bud,
wouldn't they?
And then, oh, and now they're harassing one of my members of staff that's off of a bereavement, which online, which I think is disgusting.
I mean, we know they're disgusting anyway, don't we guys?
But they're now harassing a lady now that gives up so much of her time to help us and help other people.
She don't just help us, right?
She looks after people in the community as well.
And all in her own time, all unpaid.
And now they're picking on her and she's at a bereavement because she's one of our volunteers.
And I think it's absolutely disgraceful, family bereavement.
But I think we pretty much know the calibre of these people, don't we?
Yeah, so I haven't even been able to drink pop because I've been gutted.
Because this tuss has been so bad.
So I've been rubbing Sensodyne on it and it's been calming it down a bit, taking a couple of paracetamols.
And I was thinking, oh, you know, we've had a bit of upset with the group and what have you.
Maybe I've aggravated it.
And, no, the filling have come out, I think, now.
So I've got a temporary filling on it now, but that's breaking down straight away.
So I'm going to have to go and get it done.
I'm not really good at the dentist, guys.
I don't know who will be screaming louder, me or the dentist, because I have been known to bite a couple.
Perhaps I'll live stream in the dentist.
But I really hate the dentist, so the fact that I'm just going...
...shows how bad it is.
And I've got a lovely watermelon nail off.
And I'm like, I don't think I'm going to be able to eat it.
Not today anyway, not after tomorrow.
So, at least I got an appointment, haven't I?
That's something.
And, well, at least the police are doing something now.
So...
...Tlatwana and Owen look like they shut up five minutes, don't they?
Since they've had their... since we put the proof out how awful they are.
I mean, how much more proof do you need that that family is blooming?
It shouldn't be loud around bloody kids, animals or bloody anybody, I don't think, do you?
I don't think it should be loud around anybody.
So yeah, got to do with that.
And we've had some messages back about funding, so that's good.
Isn't it, guys?
And then I've got to do a Zoom meeting.
I don't think I've ever done a Zoom meeting in my life.
I don't think I've ever done a Zoom meeting.
To do with a company now that's going to be dealing with my clothes banks for me.
Because I can't do it.
In an ideal world, I would have liked to have done the clothes banks, picked up the stuff from them and gone through it, but I just can't, guys.
I've got to outsource it, which is just not enough hours in the day, is there?
So yeah, I've had a few people come forward about volunteering with the £13 an hour.
The £13 an hour is a store allowance.
We'll explain it to you when you come in, so that it doesn't affect your tax or your benefits.
But I have had a few people say, well I want £13 an hour in food.
And I'm like, yeah, but that defeats the object, because we're here to make money for food for people who are desperately in need.
So there's no point to come in if I've got to give out £50 odd every four hours you work in food, because I need it for other people as well.
And then you'd be at a disfair advantage, because every four hours you'd be having £50 worth of food, wouldn't you?
So unfortunately I can't do that.
You can apply to us for a £5 bag.
Well you don't need to apply, just walk in and get one.
But I can't pay you £13 an hour in food, not yet anyway.
When we start picking up more food, there will be more food available, and volunteers will probably get a free bag anyway.
But no, I can't do that unfortunately.
It's got to be within store credit with the stuff that's in the shop.
Because that's the whole idea, isn't it?
We're here to raise funds for the food bank, aren't we?
And for nappies and formula and things like that.
Hopefully now I can have a bit of pop and then...
I've picked up Jaffa Cakes but they're irritating it.
I don't think I'll be able to... I might be able to eat the pasta on one side.
I don't know.
Might have to wait till I go home.
But I've got to have...
Get this filling done.
Get this filling done and regroup guys.
It's a Tuesday today.
I was going to say right the way through and do some...
Because I'm not sleeping anyway with this chuff.
But no, I'll go now and then I'll go straight home after the dentist.
Yeah, he was from Newport.
Do you remember?
He was from Newport.
Our boy.
He was a young boy.
And Danny got about six, seven messages off him.
He's just been ignoring me.
I've put him on ignore.
I don't delete any of my messages.
So he may well be ignoring me.
I've got to go and check now and get the screenshots up.
But there we are.
It's ridiculous.
Especially the men.
The amount of men that target us is ridiculous.
I think, you know.
Because we're predominantly a woman sort of orientated organisation.
So yeah.
Anyway, I'm going to go now guys.
Because I'm going to try and drink my pop.
Maybe eat my watermelon.
So see you in a bit.
So I'll be... This shop will be shut...
Daniel's normal time but this shop will be shut around one-ish.
Quick, get the haters online, get them online, quick, quick.
I got a shuttle 1 today guys, because I've got to go to the emergency dentist, I don't know if you can hear me.
