There we are guys - 1 Feb 2026 - (1,890 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank

There we are guys.
He's turned the sign round now.
Put our new ones at better.
I've had a bit of a move around in here.
You can see the counters are now starting to get a bit clearer.
A bit more sort of stripped back.
It'll never be minimalist.
We're never gonna be a minimalist company.
You've got to look at that shelf in there.
I keep having trouble with that shelf.
I don't know why.
What it is?
Oh, I think that thing has broke there.
Look, you might need to put a wooden bar across there.
Then I can refill that cupboard.
A lot has gone into the cupboards, but it just means we've got to pull everything out now, which is a bummer.
That's lovely with the books on now, because you can now see those books.
Whereas they were all just stacked floor height and perhaps somebody can't get down there as much.
You've put some more hooks in the tube.
I don't know if you've seen it in the last video.
It cut out.
So we can hang some bits there now.
I really need the bike in the window, to be honest, because I can't have the bike out here.
Too many people after it.
So we need this bike gone, guys.
Well, I'll do it at half, which is 40, but I need it gone, right?
Other than that, I think he's going to put it in the window, because we need it sold and gone and being used.
It's in the way.
Somebody pulled it out yesterday and we had it tucked right in and they pulled it out.
And now I can't get it back in where it's got to go without pulling you lot out.
But of course, if you want to buy a bike, you're going to want to see it.
So I appreciate that as well.
This bit will just slot back in once the table is done.
Well, we're going to put this in the table, but in the front.
But actually, I think we'd be back and forth all the time.
That's the problem.
So I think we'll trial it by year.
We can always do that like the end of the month or something, can't we?
Have a move around in the window now.
I'm still putting off doing the toys.
But I need to get the crockery off the bottom shelves to put the toys and then the toys are slotting quite quickly because they're quite big.
And then a lady bought some big toys over there.
And then that'll actually come together quite quickly.
Have you noticed the abuse online since the beginning of January has calmed down and is actually non-existent?
That's because the police have been out to see the individuals.
There was about 10 of them all together.
All the branch off individuals of the head of the sneak, you know.
And they've been told that, you know, and some of them are on bail.
Right.
And their bail conditions are they're not to contact us in any shape or form.
Right.
Indirectly or directly.
OK.
So if you happen to click onto a group and they're discussing us, that's indirect.
And.
Communication.
OK.
So if they're on bail, we can have them for it.
OK, so breach of bail, we can have them for it.
But then because they now got a criminal conviction in place or it's been acknowledged by the police, we can now go after them civilly because we can say to the judge, yeah, but hang on now, judge.
All right.
They were in charge, but they were on bail for three months.
So there was evidence there just not enough to charge them.
Yeah.
So.
Won't cost me a penny because I got business insurance and it won't cost me a penny at all to take these people civilly to court.
OK.
And the thing is, once we've got one conviction, then we've set a precedent.
And I've already started looking at precedents from other criminal cases as well.
So if you're wondering why all of a sudden it's gone, you know, tumbleweed, well, where's all these comments gone about Jayne’s Baby Bank damaging cars, doing this, doing that, doing the rest.
The only ones now that's discussing this is Caerphilly Bird Rescue.
Surprise, surprise.
How bizarre.
How bizarre, how bizarre.
They're all connected again.
Who would have thought that?
Who in their minds, I would have thought the Caerphilly Bird Rescue would have had the same box and the same page set up as Sherlock.
And Carol said, I mean, what's his connection to Nicola Williams?
If I was his wife, I'd be asking her.
I can show her.
Because why would you do all of this?
Why would that family do all of this to us?
They don't even know us.
And the connection is they're mates with you.
And she told them how to money loan her and get them as much money as she can out of her charity.
Now, don't forget, she was shut down because of it.
Her charity was shut down.
She can't have a charity again.
A little fake crime appeal.
Pizza from yesterday.
Look at this, lovely.
We have four pieces of that, mind.
Dan's only had one this morning.
I told her it was filling, because usually that had been polished off by him by now.
He's only had one and I'm still eating mine.
We've got a sign back up.
So that's beneficial because I'm fed up with people coming in saying, how much is the shop to rent?
And I'm like, it's not for rent.
They're like, what's got a big toilet in on it?
Could have rented it out all week.
There's no sign of our neighbours next door.
I don't know what's happened there.
But if you're renting that shop, I might have it off you.
All week they haven't been here, but we've seen a lack of footfall because they haven't been here.
And that's a convenience shop now.
That's a convenience shop that sells vapes, but haven't traded for a week.
So you need to wake up landlords.
You need to bring your rents down in the council.
You need to get a grip with your business rates.
You know, it's ridiculous.
There is a post out saying that I owe something like about £17,000 in business rates or something.
I haven't really read it, to be honest, because it's not my name on the court document.
It's our company, but it's not our name, you know.
So that person doesn't work for our company.
So there is no legal documents, anything to do with our CIC company or anything, ever, ever.
It's not even somebody who worked for us and left.
There are no legal documents for those bills.
And we wouldn't pay it anyway, because we're a constituted community group before we did what we're doing.
We wouldn't pay it anyway.
You get 80% discount if you're a charity or a CIC, and then you get 20% discretionary.
So you technically get under it because they've been pretty good with us.
It's a bit like a peppercorn payment.
You just pay like a token of it.
But we wouldn't pay it anyway.
So it's not our bill.
I keep getting people coming in, mind, for the previous owner of this shop in Caerphilly and, you know, the previous previous owner.
Because I've had people come in.
I think there was a there's a bike shop here at one point and then a man's clothes shop and people keep coming in for them.
And I'm like, no, it's not us, how could you go?
You know, you will get it because people come in and out all the time.
You know, we've added in other shops as well.
And this is why I decided to the volunteers, don't let anybody in here other than health and safety, you know, and you ring me because I need to see their badges and everything when they come in here because you can't just have anybody just walk in here like,
you know, because they could do anything, couldn't they?
They could take anything off like.
Let me just screenshot who's on the live in a minute, because even if they're not actually friendlies, I can get them.
Because you guys come up on the left, left of my screen.
We're the ones who's not our followers, come up on the right so I can take a picture of them and we can find out...
Ah, they are, they've...
No, look, yeah, I got them.
And we can see if they're just logging in because that could be classy as indirect contact.
Couldn't it?
But thank you to the police for actually doing something and charging.
And the police went out to another lady who, for some unknown reason, has been dragged into all of this.
Oh, I don't know, I've never met her.
She had the police out yesterday.
Same family, completely bird-wrestled, causing her problems.
So, you know, they've obviously got previous for being a nuisance.
And her police officers that were in her house spoke to me, or I spoke to them, sorry, and they also saw some of my evidence that sort of went across, you know, to the two of us.
And they actually...
Let me screen shot you guys.
They actually said that I've got a case on such and such and such on such and such a person, more than what she had.
And they've advised me to contact the police and say that this officer said contact my end of the police, like, you know, my spectrum of the police.
Because they believe there's something there that could be charged further.
So I've done that, sent that over.
Sent that over, but what I would say to you is make sure that you're not giving any money to any charities, especially cash.
Because they've still been trading, they've still been operating as Cafini Bird Rescue, unregistered, unregulated, after a court ban.
You know, that could now send her to prison.
We've contacted the...
I knew there was something going on.
I knew there was something coming on because they kept coming up on my profile track, I see.
And I was like, what's she coming up on my profile track for?
You know, it's like an app you download.
It's like £11 a month this year.
But it's pretty accurate.
And who's watching your profile?
And it comes up.
It's a shame because TikTok, do it for free.
Have you noticed on TikTok, you can say, who's viewed your profile?
I wish Facebook would do it, definitely.
This is a good way of doing it, mind, on the live, because they come up on the live on the right hand side, see?
So even if they're not a follower, they come up.
Oh, he's backing now.
All right, sit up.
Do you need to have a warm...
Can you turn a minute?
No.
I don't think it's going to be dry.
Yeah, all right, I'll have a look now because it fell down and cracked the sign in half.
I'll go and have a look now.
