Getting there slowly now - 31 Jan 2026 - (1,560 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank

Getting there slowly now.
I've had to pull out some more.
Give this one a dust off now.
Because this one I find is a bit of a dumping ground.
That one there.
As soon as you've got something in your hand you tend to put it on there.
So perhaps I got some nice sets or more of you now.
Give it a wipe over.
But like I said like everything needed a good clean anyway didn't after Christmas being locked up or more of you.
Yeah they all seem to get a bit touchy don't they guys.
I put the crystals here now for five.
They all get a bit touchy don't they guys.
When they can accuse me of being a money launderer all week you know.
And make websites out and posts about me.
But when I challenge them back and say well you could be money laundering.
And this is the evidence I have that you might be money laundering or you could be.
They all get a bit touchy a little test.
They all get a bit touchy about the situation.
They all get a bit, well it looks like a calm one.
I'll put them away for now then.
They all get a bit like stressed at the situation.
When people accuse me of being a money launderer etc and various other things they accuse me.
I'm like well I ain't a very good one I've got a card machine.
We don't get defensive about it do we.
You know we say well if you think I'm money laundering, don't ask me.
There's a police station at the end of every road I go to shop.
Nobody's come in.
Because they know we're no money laundering.
They know that every penny we make goes back into what we do.
That isn't money laundering.
I'm sure I had a set of them ones.
I think everybody in the world have always had a set of these haven't they.
I think they were sort of best produced those ones.
I need a white shelf.
I'm sure we got one over Pontypool but I think it's a Yankee Candle brand so it might not be the same.
Look a bit nice for there now wouldn't it.
I thought if I get this shop tidied you know.
Give it a clean, give it a tidy for two weeks and then I can nip over Pontypool for a bit and have a look what's going on over there.
If I put things where I want to put it and the window needed to be changed and cleaned so do that and then the cupboards needed to be stocked back up.
The only thing is now we've got some cheaper stuff in there in the cupboards and we'd have to open the doors now for the cheaper stuff.
But it needed somewhere to go so rather than it being in a box I'm gonna get broke let's put it straight out in a cupboard in there.
I
need to remember to bring a clip strip tomorrow.
I had two kicking around on my dashboard for nearly 18 months didn't I.
Go back in the videos there was clip strips on there and where they went I don't know.
As soon as I went to get it it was gone.
But Daniel said I'm having them two clip strips here I haven't seen them by took them from one of his shops.
It makes perfect sense now that I don't know why Carol hasn't got a picture of herself or her husband up.
I mean he would turn in his grave over the state those birds were in.
But doesn't make perfect sense why does she still got an active logo of Curve Philly Bird Rescue on her profile picture.
What's the connection?
Nicola Williams is that Toyota or Toyota or whatever her name is.
Tonka or whatever her name is.
We'll call her Tonka does it.
I can see you watching mine you know that I don't know.
I can see anybody who logs into the live.
She's best friends with Nicola Williams.
That's the connection.
There we are in it.
I don't know about the Parish
Trust's reasoning behind why they've asked the community to fund the toothbrushes.
Because I'm quite sure if they asked as does direct I'm quite sure as does direct would give them to them or whatever or Tesco's would give them some.
Why do they need the public to buy them?
Especially on We all know Amazon is dear.
It's just convenient in there Amazon.
It's too convenient in there Amazon.
They're good at delivering and getting it out didn't they.
I've had a pizza today because I forgot my dinner.
So Daniel sent a pizza and he said keep some slices for him.
Only two today but they were nice.
But this week or the week before I'd bought a pile of gluten-free snacks.
I bought them.
They're like rice cakes but they're made from like corn and other stuff right and they did them with chocolate on as well and I thought I'm gonna get the chocolate ones.
I'm gonna get the balsamic vinegar.
I tried the curry I want first.
I don't mind the honey and the strawberry but they didn't really sweet impact for me.
I like sweet sweet you know that.
So anyway I bought them.
I've been nibbling on them.
The week prior to that I'd actually picked up a pack of them by accident I didn't deliberately go in and look for a gluten-free snack.
They just sounded nice.
Balsamic vinegar and something.
I can't remember what now.
Anyway they were nice and they had a nice tang to them.
I either like really sweet or really sour stuff.
That's me.
Strong taste you know.
A lot of people with autism do.
Anyway I've gone back to having bread this week and pizza.
Oop my stomach this week.
I've had gluten testing but nothing came up but I'm wondering whether I'm just don't tolerate bread.
I could live I could live on toast.
I have anything on toast.
I love it.
But it just does not agree with me at all.
From when I swallow it it's like as if I can't swallow it properly.
Like if I was to eat McDonald's with a burger bun I wouldn't be able to swallow it properly.
And I keep gurgitating the bun.
It's awful.
I think even their buns are genetically modified.
And I can't... I've had loads of people in.
I thought it would be really quiet today right?
I thought I'd rip it all apart today.
It don't matter.
Because it's gonna be tipping down.
I've had loads of people in.
People stepping over.
I'm sorry.
But we will be open tomorrow but we'd be disheveled.
But yeah I think perhaps I got a bit of a gluten allergy.
And of course because I was like I like these tangy things.
These tangy rice cakey things.
I was eating them all week.
So I didn't really have anything else other than the gluten-free snacks.
And I'm off crisps.
Gone right off crisps.
And they... crisps always make my stomach bad.
And I always think perhaps it's that the oils in the crisps do that.
I've had bad stomachs today.
Like I haven't managed a full slice of pizza from Greg's again.
Daniel will probably have the free now for his tea.
They're huge mind-luck.
And you get a dip.
And it's a bigger dip than Domino's.
But I couldn't.
I just can't eat that last bit.
I ate food waste.
But I just cannot physically swallow it.
Like it's just regurgitating on me so bad.
And I've had my stomach tablet today to stop the acid reflux and everything but I don't know.
I might look.
Let me know if you're gluten-free.
You try some other gluten-free snacks out there.
Send me the links to them.
You know.
I'll pick them up for myself.
But I don't know.
I think it's a bit far-fetched.
You've got all these baby banks and they're all like, oh we need high chairs and we need high chairs and we need baby gates.
Well that's the first thing that people are gonna ask you for.
Because they're the high value items.
And they're like gold dust.
You know.
Because we only give baby gates out to people who have children.
We don't give baby gates out to people who want them for puppies and things like that.
I would say, well what do you want it for?
You know.
Straight away.
And they'd be like, oh well I got this puppy.
I'm like, oh well you weren't having it then.
I had somebody once buying puppy pads.
Buying bed pads.
And I was like, what are you doing with them?
Usually we give them free but they'd gone out for a trail.
But nope.
Wanting them for a puppy.
I'm in the middle of having a move around guys.
Sorry about the mess.
What's that?
I'm in the middle of having a move around.
Yeah.
I could tell because it's all in the area over there.
Yeah, sorry.
I thought it'd be really quiet today.
I've had loads of people in.
