I've got quite a bit of an harassment from the Wilkinsons.
Once you've got the criminal conviction, wherever it just be a warning or whatever, you've got more precedent to sue them in a civil.

You've got more precedent then to sue them because you've won the criminal side of it.
And you can say to the judge, well, the police give them a warning.
The police give them a community resolution in order.
The police had them for harassment.
Therefore there is a criminal conviction.
Therefore I'm entitled to compensation civilly.
Which you would get paid anyway via the court.
But obviously if they've damaged your business you'll get more.
So we're doing quite well.

It's been quite a prosperous month of January.
There's been a few people throwing themselves on a sacrificial altar.
We've had the police back out because Carrie Morgan has had more harassment because she's given out my address online and wrote other stuff online.
And Shannon Louise Rush, another one, has given out my address online and previous harassment.
So they took a statement on those last night.
And then they're back out tonight because, well, I didn't have much on Mew Mew Sean or whatever her name is.
Other than she'd accused us of smashing up a van.
Oh no, a car.
It was a car.
There was no criminal damage on a car.
So the thing is you take that to a small claims court and she's going to say to the judge, oh, I got it wrong.
Sorry, I won't do it again.
Because it was only one comment, wasn't it?
But now she's thrown herself under the bus and sent me several threads of threatening messages on top of that.
She isn't a very nice person anyway.
So now I now have an harassment claim and an accusation of damaging somebody's car which we didn't because we were in Porth.
So that's lovely.

Especially the personal messages always go down well.
And there's one then that said that we smashed up the van and stole the tools.
I haven't got any information on that one so I'm going to have to chase that one up to try and figure out what I can do there.
I've spoken to the trademark people.
Well, she can't stop her setting up the rescue anyway because she's banned.

She can't do anything other than try and put a stop to us using the trademark.
Which she's not going to win because she's got a ban for life for animal abuse.

You've injured those animals.
They've had to be put down.
And then you're arguing with me over a trademark when you seriously the conditions you are those animals in are shocking.
So there's also we've had information back that the address that we found is actually linked to Nicola Williams.

Don't contact me unless you are an experienced builder, because you have an absolutely no hope whatsoever of me taking you up on that offer of going out with anybody unless you are a vast, experienced builder and willing to build me several baby banks and several rescues because I am not interested unless you meet that criteria.
