Well, I've been looking for my old leaflets, - 15 Jan 2026 - (1,721 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank

Well, I've been looking for my old leaflets, because we had a pile of old posting leaflets.
The old logo on.
And I couldn't find them.
And we looked over the donation centre, where I thought they were, and I couldn't find them.
But I've found them now, in the house.
So I think... Well, I've found one pack, so chances are the rest of them will be there.
So we need leaflet posters.
Now, I can pay you in cash, but it can't come from the baby bank.
Because you're being paid a cash payment to do a job.
So it's cash in and payment.
So I don't think we can do that, as a CIC.
So I'm waiting on the CIC to get back to me with that, but I don't think I can pay you via the baby bank.
But if you want to take it in stock, we can pay you more.
Because then that's fine.
That's an arrangement that we've made between us and the baby bank.
So we've got two options.
You can post, say, like a little estate, and then collect the donation, say, two days later.
Because on the back of the leaflets, it's things that we take and things that we don't take.
And then you're going to pick up, or you can just post and put a line through the back and say, no, we're not collecting.
It's just to get rid of these leaflets because they're the old logo.
So we want them gone.
And then just to spread awareness about what we do.
So that's entirely up to you.
But I need leaflet posters because I can't do it with my knees.
They're still bad.
I wish I could because I used to enjoy doing that job when I was just a post leaflet.
So we've had 6,000 views on this video.
We've had 6.1 on the video.
So that's probably why she wanted the address, to come and throw more paint over the window.
But then she didn't realize that I'd kept the previous videos.
Sometimes I keep everything, keep all my messages, because you'd be surprised, like, over 6 years now, 5 to 6 years, of us actually trading legally.
We've had nothing but a boost off this Anita.
So I've got all the footage and everything of the problems they cause when they've been in the shop and things like that.
They run a free group, you see, because they want to keep everything for free.
They run free stuff.
Don't even say Blackwood.
But of course, they get as much free stuff as they want because they run the group, don't they?
So they don't like another person setting up and then being more popular than them.
But you can see, look, you can see there's just constant harassment all the time by these people.
You know, I've got reams and reams and reams of this now.
And I mean, we've given them 70 tonight and I've had to send over another at least 40 tonight screenshots of people.
You know, and then you've got the keyboard warriors on the post slagging us off like we can't see them.
And then complaining because we're putting the videos of pictures that they've put in the public domain.
If you've got your kids on pictures in the public domain, that's your problem.
Yeah.
You wouldn't catch my pictures of my kids in the public domain because you don't know who's looking at them.
You don't know who's recording them.
You don't know what people's doing with them, do you?
So don't go messaging me saying, get my kid off there, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Because the police will tell you exactly what I've just told you.
OK?
I've done safeguarding training and safeguarding training says don't put her in there.
I'm amazed Hayley Thomas hasn't been tagged in it.
Do you know what I mean?
I'm putting a two pen up with her on it.
But it's the same people all the time, guys.
You know, same old people.
But Anita is the problem.
She makes the bullets for other people to fire.
Because her daughter's saying things like, oh, I wish she'd come after me.
I'm not going after your mother.
Your mother won't leave me alone.
Your mother is harassing me half the night.
And she's been doing it now.
This is our sixth year of trading legally, right?
And your mother is still harassing me and writing comments about me.
Your mother is the problem.
Go and speak to her.
You know, this is why we've had to get the police back out tonight.
They're going to pick you up for it.
Don't think you're going to get away with it and all the messages you've sent me tonight.
Because you're not.
Because all you're doing now is building a case.
Building a more secure case.
And where they didn't have enough before, now they've got enough.
Don't forget, two messages is classed as harassment to anybody.
And how many messages have you sent me?
A lot.
A lot.
But carry on, because guess what?
I'm monetized, right?
So Facebook actually pays me to post stuff, and the money goes all into the baby bank.
So we've got 6.2 million views, er, thousand views on this, or in a million.
And then, how many do we get on this thing?
I can't believe I missed Wales Online up there today.
Dura, here's the one that makes posts and snarky comments.
And 6,000 views on this.
So we'll get paid for that now.
We'll probably get about three, four hundred quid for you sliding us off of Facebook, if not more.
So thanks for that.
Right, so yeah, we're going to start advertising for this now.
Like I said, I don't think I can pay you as a cash payment.
It might be that we can do so much out of petty cash.
I don't know.
But I've got a picture there.
I can give you high vis, but I can't lend you a van.
But if you're going to pick up, donate, if you're going to post leaflets, and then go back two or three days later and pick up the donations from the houses, knock the door and say, oh yeah, we posted leaflets.
Have you got any donations for us?
Or they might be outside with a thing attached to it, you know.
Then you're going to fill up your car quite quickly.
So what I would suggest is just do one or two streets at a time.
And then you've only got one car full at a time.
Because we can come out and rescue you and fill up our cars, but we can't do it during shop hours because we're going to be busy in the shop.
So I can't do it till gone hour past four to come and rescue you in a street where you've got piles of donations around your car and you can't move.
So you need to bear that in mind that if you're collecting the donations up for us, then obviously you need to be able to transport them to wherever they've got to go.
So don't do 50 streets and then say I'm going to pick them all up Wednesday morning because you won't get time to pick them all up and then drop them over the donation centre, which we can give you a key for and you just pop them inside.
That's fine.
But, if there's nobody there, but you'll get a lot.
So if you've only got a little car, right, and you're going to do this in a car, don't do no more than two or three streets at a time because you will be inundated with donations.
Our cars are full again tonight from what people have donated tonight.
And that's why we've got to go over to the donation centre in the morning.
So, you know, my mother's had a pile of donations and I'm pretty sure people went under a ruddery the other day.
So, you know, you will pick up a lot.
You're not just going to be picking up one car from like 50 streets.
It's going to be a lot of donations.
And if it's baby stuff, it's going to be big stuff.
So you've got to think ahead from where you're posting.
If you're just posting leaflets, it don't matter because you can just put your music on and off you go, can't you?
We can supply you with a hi-viz for that as well.
That's not a problem at all.
But they need to be posted because I don't want to find them dumped as well.
The leaflets I got are more for picking up.
So they can start now.
But you can always put a line to the back saying we're not coming back for the leaflets.
We're just, you know, or whatever.
Because I've probably got about 500 left.
Well, I think I got more than 500.
I'm probably thinking 500 packs of 500.
I'm probably thinking with the old logo.
So we want to get the new ones on there now.
And we've got somebody who's designing them for us and bits and bobs and putting the smart code on to make donations and stuff like that.
So, yeah, we need volunteers to do this as well.
I need somebody to come in and train to open up Risca shop.
I've got a lady in her family who wanted to open up a cafe shop.
So I need to get hold of them, I think.
Because I like them.
I like that family.
I've met a couple of them and I like them.
Yeah, because we've got some things we're planning and if we're going to take on a bigger place, I think we need to be in the bigger place.
Like, Daniel needs to be in one of the donation centres and I need to be in a bigger place.
Or one of the donation centres myself.
Not in the little shops.
The little shops are for the mothers to run, really, I think, is best.
Because to run a big shop is hard work.
Yeah, so we need to have a bit of a think about that as well.
