So, this is racking, packing, video one.
These are not secure loads, okay.
That is not a secure load.

It needs to be shrink-wrapped, right, so that nothing falls out of it, all the way from the top to the bottom, right.
Weighed to make sure we are on maximum beam capacity, right.
What I don't need then is a volunteer coming along going...
and over-succeeding the maximum racking.
And the racking collapses with the weight.
Onto the floor making a mess, damaging my racking and potentially killing somebody.
This is why not everybody is allowed this side of the warehouse, okay.
But obviously we can't keep up with this on a three-person team.
We need about 900 people.
That is why we have registered as a CIC, so we can also start employing people like warehouse managers.
