Whether he was uneducated in the way to do it is another public discussion because maybe he had good intentions but maybe he didn't know what to do with them.
Maybe you got it over and well overwhelmed by the situation.
We sometimes find that sometimes volunteers that come in and have never seen 60 million tons of donations in one day get overwhelmed by the situation and think that they can take stuff away for free because it's been donated for free.
And we've had situations in the past where members of staff have taken stuff for free without even asking, booking it down, doing anything because they're overwhelmed with how much has been given for free.
What they didn't realize until they were educated was that actually it doesn't belong to them, it doesn't belong to me, it doesn't belong to Dan, it doesn't belong to anybody, it belongs to the baby bank.
Once it's been passed over that threshold it belongs to the baby bank.
But they needed to be educated of that first.
So he could have been running his CIC incorrectly due to lack of education.
And you should know that as a compliance officer because your job would have been about educating people to comply.
But I think what I can see and what the public can see is a pattern forming.
However, when things escalated to the point where my family's property and more importantly my children were affected, it crossed the line.
