I got hula hoops - 8 Dec 2025 - (2,072 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank
I got hula hoops.
Spaghetti hula hoops.
With extra salt in it.
Craving a bit of salt.
It's been a funny old day.
It's been quiet.
Very quiet.
Well, Mondays are quiet, but last Monday was busy.
But it's quiet today, but that meant I could get through like the 50 bags of donations that were left at the door today.
So I didn't get to do what I wanted to do.
But anyway, they seem to be a bit, they seem to be a bit stressed on it all website.
There he is, psychoanalyzing himself.
I don't bother reading it now do I?
It's like somebody on speed.
It's like somebody who's on speed or amphetamine.
When they write, they just can't stop typing.
Togo, yeah, Ms Ridsdale has an issue understanding what she reads.
She failed miserably in an attempt to change the narrative.
Nobody has.
Everybody is starting to come around to my mate where you're thinking.
That's for sure.
It doesn't understand that contempt for the public is altering more, alienating more people on a daily basis.
I don't think so.
Shops opening late and closing early.
It's proof of her volunteers and support is rapid decline.
Right, but I don't know what shop you've been to, Togo.
But none of our shops have been opening earlier than usual, if anything.
I've been coming in late because I have not been well.
And I have the same volunteers that I had a month ago and a month ago before that.
And a month ago before that.
I have one that's unfortunately passed away and I have one whose mother is in hospital.
I hope she's doing well.
And I've got one that's also had a bereavement that is looking to come back in the new year.
In this particular shop.
I turned down another lady who wanted to volunteer in this shop because I know her.
She's a good customer.
But there's no point volunteering now.
We're on a wind down now.
And in the new year, we're looking to reopen P2.
So I probably need her down there.
And if I'm looking to take on a warehouse in Torfaen, then I need to spread out my Torfaen volunteers a bit more.
I got a lady who wants to come in with her mother and her daughter in Caerphilly.
I'm there tomorrow guys.
But I've been pulling them off because I am being very well.
So I haven't really been up to training or doing anything.
Yeah, so I don't really understand what you're saying there.
And as for closing late, which is shops opening late and closing early.
We haven't closed any of our shops early.
We close early on a Monday because Daniel does the church run.
Picks up and drops it off.
That's Mishka.
We've had a member of staff that's moved house.
So we had to do...
we were low on staff because obviously, you know, we need time off for moving.
Some of our 20 years ago, Little Enns.
Little Enns Geryl.
None of the shops are closing early.
We shut about four up at four.
And we're a little bit governed there by the time we shut because when we do the charity shop pickups, because we have multiple charity shop pickups now, it's after half past four.
It's four because they don't shut till half past four.
So unless somebody's got an appointment or something, I don't think we've been shutting early.
I don't know what shops you've been going to.
Anonymous.
Oh, look at this.
She is certainly way off the mark regarding the complaints to either the Council or the Welsh Assembly.
I'm not.
I am not because they have told me to put in a subject access request and Hayley Thomas has made a complaint.
Okay?
Message sent to Jamie Pritchard, head of CBC.
Who is this?
Oh, Anonymous.
They can't even put their name to it right.
Put my name to everything I say.
Litter in the street.
There was no headboard litter in the street.
It was a headboard with a sign pointing up to my shop that you stole.
Yeah.
Mention of generalized funding.
Nothing specific.
I don't need to tell you what funding I have.
It's none of your business.
Well, I don't know about this Jamie Pritchard, head of CBBC, right?
Saying that we're not registered with Cavalry by the Council because we are, because we have to be, because we're the food bank and because we're the business.
So we are.
So who am I paying my bills to every month then in regards to Cavalry by the Council?
So maybe, maybe Jamie thought, oh, just ease ones off today because they're just a pain in the arse.
I'll just flip them off today.
They're a bit stressed, aren't they?
A bit stressed in these comments, do you think?
Chill out, it's Christmas.
JJB's actions as a CIC need to go through Trading Standards and Relevant Bodies.
Yeah, that's what he probably said.
He probably said, I'm busy trying to run a council.
I'm sick of your complaints about miscellaneous headboards and pads.
Ring Trading Standards.
Trading Standards been out to see me?
Nope.
I haven't seen you for ages.
Not that I want to see you, but there you are, pop out of your bed.
And when Trading Standards do come out, I ask them to walk around with the staff and I ask them to check stuff when they're in the shop.
I say go around and check stuff in the shop.
But take a member of staff with you and explain to them, if you're taking something off the shelf, explain to them why you're not happy with it.
Why there's a problem with our item.
Because that's invaluable training for them, you know.
I mean there was loads of things like candles.
We didn't realize you're not supposed to sell any candle without an instruction to it.
Because the stupid people might, you know, use the candle wrong.
Cookie that does is another one.
You know, we didn't know things like that until the camera.
Her latest live also stayed.
Loads of donations she has to sort.
Yeah, because we have donations in the shop that we're still going through.
We've got shops full of donations.
Can you not see them?
And then she says no donations.
Well, that's because the donations are already here.
Do you not know how a charity shop works?
Do you not know how a second-hand shop works?
Do you not know how donations work?
I've been following HTT recently.
Yes, HTC have.
Yes, they've helped loads of people, but they also caused lots of conflict within the community.
Not just with me, but with other groups.
And the fact that their founder, leader, Chief Pink Smooth, has had to step down as trustee, should tell you that there is a problem there.
But as for the volunteers, yeah, they do work really hard, you know.
And I like the way they do it.
I like the way they got their little cafe bit.
I mean, I don't know.
I've never been there.
I like their little cafe bit.
I like their pink ladies.
I like that.
Trying to think what else for you.
I know they do a couple of trips.
I know they do a Christmas appeal.
Somebody went to the Christmas appeal and said it was a load of crap last year.
They said it was the most unorganized thing they'd ever been to in their life.
And they were only invited, they said, because they knew me.
And their children were in need.
And they do their outreach.
They go out and they help families and the homeless with their food and whatnot, you know.
So that's good.
What we're dissing is the behavior, isn't it?
We're not dissing what they do.
It's the behavior, isn't it?
You know.
And yes, and if you knew anything about fundraising, you would know that most of your fundraising comes in by check or via a bank transfer.
Yes, and I wish them all the best.
And I hope their Christmas appeal goes really well.
And do you know what?
One thing I have noticed is there's a lot of charities, a lot of people out there doing Christmas appeals and gifts and what have you.
And you know what?
I think we might even step down from it next year because this year I've been too ill to do it.
And it's been nice to have the wind down.
Normally by now we'd be like panicking, trying to get everything ready and sorted.
And you know what?
There's loads of other charities and groups out there that do Christmas and I might even just give it up and not do it because I've been too ill this year and I feel a lot better for not doing it.
Myself.
It's a selfish reason, I'm really sorry.
But I feel better in myself.
If the volunteers want to do it, that's up to them.
I don't mind.
I don't mind.
We'll talk about it next year, see how well I am next year.
Loads of no- It's called sharing, right?
This anonymous tool.
Thing one, thing two.
Part one, part two.
Yeah, it's called- Do you know how Facebook works?
And do you know how they set up your memories and you share your memories?
I don't even know why I'm bothering.
Oh, here she is, Lindaloo.
Yeah, we're looking for you, Lindaloo.
We're looking for you.
Yeah.
Oh, and here we go.
Now, clarification on today's video response.
Look, here we go.
Here we go.
Here we go.
Why this observation matters?
Well, why does any of your observations matter?
A bit stressed, aren't they, on this post?
The article explained these behaviors in detail because they have been seen repeatedly across many different public disputes.
OK, so the public disputes that we've had are all the same people.
They're all connected.
OK, I don't know how many times I've got to keep saying this.
OK, Nicola Williams, Ian Smith, Heidi Thomas, Tara Holloway and Dawn.
OK, they're all connected.
OK, they're all together, dealing with it.
OK, anybody else is branched off is something to do with them.
OK, so that is the public dispute.
Or the other dispute that you said was something to do with the car.
Said that we had a car towed.
We didn't have a car towed.
Environmental Health put a sticker on it and it was on there for three or four weeks and the guy hadn't been in to work for three or four weeks next door to us.
And they said it was a risk to the public because a child had gone up there.
Whether they were anything to do with us, we don't know.
We didn't record it in our accident, but because it didn't happen when we were on shift, put their finger through the rust and cut their self on the finger in the rust.
So Environmental Health ordered it to be moved.
It wasn't moved.
It was towed.
And they then retaliated by stealing our van that was full of premature baby clothes and nappies and stuff, which parked around the back, which we had authorization to park around the back, which cost us £500.
Well, it cost us £500.
But you know, obviously we had all the equipment inside as well.
We used it like a bit of a trailer type, transporter type thing.
Do you know what I mean?
The response video then reposted those same behaviors in sequence.
This clarification records the alignment for accuracy.
It does not speculate about the intention and does not see further engagement.
I think you're getting fed up with yourself, Sherlock.
Nothing more needs to be added.
No, it doesn't, Sherlock.
Really, I really think you need to find a new hobby because making yourself look really stupid.
And you have helped bring down these other organizations because you keep banging on about them, because you keep giving them a platform.
Yeah.
So you have been instrumental in shutting down two charities and moving two trustees off the other two charities because you keep reinforcing what I'm saying.
But thank you.
Thank you anyway.
And shout out a bit, guys.
It's Christmas.
