Right, so, so we've got our live on Saturday, guys - 20 Nov 2025 - (782 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank

Right, so, so we've got our live on Saturday, guys.
Do you sell any de-icer?
No, no de-icer, sorry.
Have you tried down by there in that shop?
No, they run out, yeah.
Try next door, they might have some.
That one?
Yeah, try that one.
So, yeah, Monday, guys, we're going to do our KSU Field Day for Mothers with Children under 18.
Okay, we're going to do it in Pontypool Shop and Risca Shop.
Okay, so I've never done a Pay As You Feel Day before, because obviously it's my job to get the best, the most amount of money for the donations for the CIC.
Yeah, that's my job.
And obviously, you know, if I can get £1.75 for that or whatever we're going to get, or a pound for that, you know, or £3.50 if we're not on any discounts or whatever, then that's good.
Yeah, that's good.
That's my job.
That's my role, isn't it?
You know?
So I think it would be better if Sammy and Dan did it and I'm not there, because I'll be like...
And I don't want anybody to feel awkward.
Now, a lot of places do these Pay As You Feel Days.
I don't particularly like them, because I feel a bit awkward when I go into the shop and they say, oh, it's Pay As You Feel or it's a stall.
OK, so what it is, is you go in and you buy stuff.
So maybe you buy that, that mat, and then you take it to the till.
Oh, come on, you made me jump.
Oh, bloomin' heck.
Oh, didn't buy a name.
You made me jump a mile.
So say I'm going to buy those and I take them to the till and obviously we've put the suggested prices on them that we feel that they should be.
And then obviously we have our discounts and what have you anyway.
So with the discounts, that might only work out to £3.50.
It's at 75% off or whatever by the time you work it out, because 75% discount is quite a lot.
But then when you take it to the till, you pay what you feel you can pay and the staff will accept that.
OK, and we will do it.
We're not going to do it throughout the store because we've got loads of other offers on, like fill a bag for £10 and all the rest of it.
So we'll do it for the mothers first.
OK, because one thing we've got is a lot of stock.
We're very popular.
And a guy that just came in for that guy then, he had stuff.
I said I can't take it.
I said, I just can't fit it in.
Yeah, you know, it's just weird what you fit it in like, can't it?
So get it in there.
I've got a car full as it is.
So what way am I going to put it in there, guys?
So let's do a pay as you feel day.
Have a bit of fun with it as well.
You don't have to worry about offending me with your suggested prices because I won't be there.
And yeah, yeah, we'll do it for the mums.
And then if you need stuff for Christmas, I got some stuff here.
And I think I got the other stuff to it in Pontypool because I've got that thing there.
You put a car on and I see the car over there and I got these bits by you.
So I think we've had like a rogue bag go missing and turn up in the wrong place.
This is nice, but it's a bit ambiguous on the prices.
It's coming up quite expensive.
Oh, and Daniel's forgotten to take the computer games to go with the computer.
They're in my car.
So and it's not all there, so I got to check the price on that.
But it's some sort of collector's thing, you know, cosplay, I think.
I don't know.
I don't know what.
We've got some nice little jammies in and things.
And we've got our stitch raffle, don't forget.
One of our mothers made for us.
I'm waiting on breakfast.
I've ordered breakfast.
I've been naughty.
I did say that I wasn't going to order any more takeaways.
I've done a lot better than what I have.
All the money was going to go to having a holiday at Christmas.
So this is my second breakfast.
We had a breakfast last week, didn't we?
But I did forget my dinner.
I have got a cup of soup staying.
Oh, here he is.
Here he is.
Here's the man now.
