All right, so just a bit of an update.
This is... we're on.
I'm having a snooze-o.
Anyway, we're on.
Just a bit of an update.
So, I did the video the other night.
They leave the boxes where they are.
Don't touch the boxes.
Somebody's picking them up in the morning.
And obviously these pair of Muppets are pulled about.
Taking pictures of them.
Unreported us for fly-tipping, which we am fly-tipped, because we've got CCTV footage.
We've had issues with the bins before.
And people going through donations and pulling stuff out.
And we were pretty sure it was these.
There is another chap that goes around, particularly in Pontypool.
There's a bit of a raging drug addict.
And he's got severe mental health problems.
And he's like the Hulk ripping the bags open.
Like the Hulk would rip the clothes off, walking down the street going And I know some people have picked up the rubbish.
I know Holly and Sam.
I know you've done it afterwards.
What I would suggest is, don't approach that guy.
He's off it.
Like he just goes down the street pulling everybody's rubbish out, no matter what it was.
I mean, he just goes nuts.
So yes, they've been caught in the act now anyway.
Because we've got them on CCTV.
We've got the audio and taking pictures to say that we've flighted.
And we haven't.
The picture I've put on is actually the picture that they've taken.
So we've passed that on to the council to deal with.
They're a pair of muppets.
So there we are.
I don't know what it is.
I seem to attract these people.
I must give off like a pheromone.
I do attract these crazy people.
Anyway, so I've been using this out of one of the boxes guys.
This stuff, it's only a little pot, right?
And it came out of one of those Look Fantastic boxes.
And do you know what?
I'm not just saying it because we get commissioned for it.
I would buy this product again because I put this on my skin and the dead skin just falls off in my hand.
Honest to God, it's the best stuff I've ever tried in my life.
It's brilliant.
Oh, and the other thing is that all your flight tipping at 12 o'clock at night.
Well, I haven't been staying in the shops till 12 o'clock at night because I am being well.
So I've been coming home and going to bed.
Obviously, I'm in bed now, which is unlike me, as you know, because I'm usually up till three, four o'clock in the morning sorting the shops.
But for the last couple of months, I haven't been doing it.
And you know if I'm in the shop because all the lights are on and my car's parked outside.
So there's no way I've been doing it.
And I haven't been doing any videos in there or live videos or anything because I haven't been well.
So I've been taking the time out to come home and try and rest.
And this is the time I get up now.
This is the time I wake up and I'm alive.
You know, this is the time I do it.
But I'm still in bed resting because I've been unwell.
So again, load of rubbish from these clampets.
So the other thing I just wanted to update you with, because obviously, we forwarded all of that information to the council now.
And hopefully the council will pay him a visit and try not to stay out of our bins.
Don't leave donations outside the shop because it attracts idiots like this.
You know, so the bag that's in the picture was left outside there at 8pm.
Well, that's going to attract idiots.
Luckily, that bag won't pull apart.
Right.
So we were lucky with that, probably because all the boxes were dumped around it.
Someone had actually moved the boxes as well, guys, because by the time Dan... Oh, it might have been the two traders that took the boxes because by the time Dan had got in in the morning, they were disheveled, but they were just all over the ramps.
So thank you whoever picked them up and moved them off the public highway.
Just trying to cause drama.
These people, they got nothing to do.
So they go throw bins.
I you know, even my bins are being stocked.
It's like, oh, my God, these people are obsessed.
Anyway, we are we've had another incident where we had to ban a trader from the shop because they were buying stuff, selling it on after we'd spoken to them and explained that they weren't entitled to the discount because the 75% off, et cetera, because they didn't have children under 18 and they were using the shop to sell stuff on.
And that isn't why we do the massive discounts.
You know, I mean, one lady come in today and she's spent 50 pounds and it's for her family and for her children.
And she's had loads of toys and really grateful clothes, all sorts for 50 pounds.
She's over the moon.
And thank you for spending that with us.
It should have come to somewhere in the region of 130 if we'd have charged the prices of any of the discount.
And she's had a massive discount on what she's bought.
And we're really happy with that because 50 pound goes a long way, you know, towards paying the bills and everything else.
So we we'd spoken to them previously two or three occasions and.
Explain the situation that they were traders and we were no longer going to give them discount, but there was a few other things going on.
We had jewelry going missing.
We had cards being pulled off the jewelry and finding the cards.
We were having stuff being moved out of the glass cabinets and put in random places.
So we bought lots and put them on the glass cabinets and that stopped.
We had.
An issue where we were having labels being taken off and they were bringing stuff to us saying there was labels being taken off.
Now, these particular individuals are not on social media, so they obviously don't see our social media profiles and always princess.
He's in your space, Princess.
So they don't see really the loops and the feeds that we put on on a regular basis.
They just see the shops as it is.
You know, they just come in to see the shops and we have got signs up.
If you take labels off, we refuse to sell stuff for you.
Anyway, nine out of ten times we try and get it gone anyway.
It's only if we suspect.

That's because you have the best spots.
She's not impressed, is she?
And there was another incident where a volunteer that's not volunteering for us at the moment, but you know, still shopping and friends of us and looking to come back.
Said, remember that item that we're missing?
Yeah, we all remember it because we've all been looking for it and we all went through the CCTV and we went through the books and nobody sold it.
She said, it's on their store up there.
Did you sell it to them?
And I said, well, none of us sold it because we looked for it at the time.
She said, well, it's up there.
And I know it's ours.
She said, because it's got the string on it.
That the kid, you know, the string that we have, it's quite unique string that we have because Carl sourced it for us and we had to go to Bridge End and picked it up.
And we thought we were only picking up like 50 bowls of string.
And when we got there, they were like massive bowls of string.
We never need to buy any string in our life.
So it was quite unusual string.
And she'd said, it's got the string on it, but not the tag.
So I went up and obviously I'd seen it and clocked it.
And there was a few other things we clocked as well.
And on two occasions they came in and duped Daniel and ended up having a 75% discount.
And were when the other staff were stopping them from having the discount, they were making snide comments to the staff.
So we were all getting a bit fed up of it.
So when Cushing Gate happened and we knew those cushions were in the video, weren't they?
So we knew they were our cushions.
They were spoke, you know, they were made out of wool that we donated for somebody to fundraise with.
When they brought them to the tail, there was no price on them and they were priced because the ticket was on them in the video.
So they'd been the price had been pulled off.
And obviously then they were up for sale, which they denied and said they were just hanging in until they took them home, which is ridiculous.
Like in a tell the truth.
We've been caught out, tell the truth.
So we said to them, that's it.
We're stopping from coming in.
So then they kicked off and so did their family members kicked off with us.
So anyway, cut a very, very long story short.
We've had some information back off the council and they've said that they've received a warning for the way that they've spoken to the staff and they've behaved and the volunteers because they obviously kicked off because we stopped them from using the shop.
They'd have plenty of warnings, plenty of warnings and plenty of explanations.
And they were really getting on our nerves.
And we haven't got time for it.
We haven't got time to be doing these massive investigations and going through CCTV and checking things and looking for things.
We haven't got time to do it.
We're very, very busy.
It's easier to just remove them from the shop.
So they've had a they've had a warning and or they will be having a warning, I think, because they I didn't get this this message until earlier.
So the warning is going to be issued to them.
And they've also been told that they need to operate within the Traders Code of Conduct.
So in other words, if they breach it again, because it isn't the first time they've been spoken to something else that wasn't related to us.
If they don't behave, then obviously they won't be able to trade where they're trading any longer.
So we got two results there, guys, two results now again tonight.
I don't know why we keep attracting these idiots.
I don't know why we come across as if we're a pushover.
I must give off a pheromone.
Princess is sat by you now.
She's on the electric blanket.
Keep her warm in her old girl.
I know I'm the same.
But I haven't been well, guys, you know, and I go in now.
You're on.
He's off now.
Just as you settled, he's out of your space.
And I haven't been in the shops late at night because I am being well.
I, you know, I've been ill, so I am being well.
So I've been coming home and going to bed and resting, you know.
And I mean, I've probably had more sleep than I've ever had, even though I'll be up now till God knows what time.
And I don't really do anything.
I just sit in bed doing stuff sometimes, you know, because like I said to you, I haven't been right and I haven't been well.
So I haven't been out fly tipping in the middle of the night.
My God, these people that are obsessed and the pumpkins, they're obsessed with these pumpkins.
I mean, we have we've re-owned Repurpers nearly 270 plus pumpkins, right?
And it's like they're moaning about a couple that were smashed up, right?
That wasn't smashed up by us.
The kids did it.
The kids have learned a lesson from it.
You know, the police have dealt with it.
You know, we we're fully aware now that we have to stand there and supervise during the lunch times and end of school because of the kids.
We can't trust the children taking the pumpkins home or if we had loaves of bread or giving anything away for free, we've got to supervise it at those particular times, right?
But instead of focusing on what we've done this positive, they got to go down these routes of being like, you know, obsessively stalking other aspects of my bins.
You know, I literally like don't have to tell any of you anymore how crazy these people look, you know, how crazy do they look pulling out boxes to make a mess to take a fake photograph?
And then on CCTV doing it.
I just.
Unbelievable guys, it really is.
But anyway, we've got the footage and we've got the results we want.
And again, positive results.
And like I said, I would advise anybody not to bother us whatsoever, because I don't know anybody that bothers us, says something bad about us, does something bad to us, and karma doesn't come round and kick their arse for them tenfold.
