Which I thought was a lot.
I thought, oh my god, I've spent a lot.
But I've got a lot for my money as well.
Uh, so I had this for £1.99.

Let me mark it off as I go.
I thought it was one of them days where I can't be bothered so let's have a revamp of my skin and everything.
So I thought I was going to get that.
It's very small but then I thought, well, actually perhaps it's concentrated.
This is an antioxidant one.
So I thought, oh, bash that on nice and thick today now.
Then I bought some I'm Dreadful for vitamins.
I thought, oh, I'm going to get them.
They were reduced to £2.99.
They were actually quite expensive but I quite like the, uh, the pot sort of sold it for me.
I picked that up for Daniel's stocking.
Don't look Daniel, turn away.
I thought, oh, you like that.
You've got tons of aftershaves and stuff.
I thought, oh, you might like that one.

Right, and then I picked up these.
I'm Dreadful for multivitamins but these were £1.25.
These are actually a good deal.
Three packs of them.
They go through at £1.25.
One, she took that one off.
Two, three, yeah, I got them.
Then I bought that for the shop.

I thought, oh, that'd be nice.
I've got my nails again today now.
They're I thought that'd be nice for the staff.
They've got antibacterial, which they got to have, but I thought when I put that one there as well.
I got so many else but I can't find it.
I bought three of these.
I have got washable ones but they seem to have gone walkabout.
So I bought three of those.
D3, there's a lot of, they're giving it out on cancer wards at the moment, so there's a lot of research into it.
But when I did my literature review on, literature review is what you do just before you do your dissertation and then you would do a literature review as part of your dissertation.
I did, does vitamin D3 help prevent cancer of the womb?
I think it was ovarian, was it ovarian cancer?
Or womb cancer?
I don't know, I can't remember.
Anyway, it was something like that.

And it does and, but you cannot get vitamin D3, right, that you get it, which you get from the sun.
They can't quite recreate it in a lab.
That's what my review worked out, right?
So you, the sunlight is still better for you.
And this is what, all that they can recreate.
But they are, when I was on the hematology wards, they are dishing this out left, right and into the cancer, cancer patient.
So it is worth increasing your vitamin D3.

I bought spot patches because they were only a pound and I've tried them once and they were good.
They were good.

And then I bought this.
This is where the day came from.
Started with the spot patches and the scruffy nail varnish.
And then I seen that and I thought, well, actually my ears a bit frizzy.
Should I shove that on there?
And then I was like, oh yeah, let's go for it.

Get some of them on as well.

I picked up two Jakeman's, them.

So all of that comes to £34.
But I still had lots of stuff for £34.
But everything just seems dearer, doesn't it guys?
And I picked those up because I know Daniel went through a few when he had a sore throat the other day.
So it's always handy to have them in the house and I find them the best.
So lots of different flavours.
So bash some of this on me now.
I've already got spot patches on today.
I don't need these there for the house so they can go back in my bag.
Oh, and I did see flight socks there and I don't know where mine are in the house.
But I think I'm going to get those because they were good on the flights.
I found.
So I'm going to have some of them now to try.
And then I'm going to have one of those.
They've got vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.
