In this morning, disappointed because they've kept job lock bags.
We've still got job lock bags, but it's mainly the toy ones.
Things like the jigsaws are gone.
Don't sit on stuff guys.
If you see us doing... because we very often... not very often we do these job lock bags.
If you see us doing something and you think that's a good deal, go out and grab it.
Okay?
Because they're not year long.
So we've had a few disappointed customers first thing.
I love that.
They want it up on the wall.
I don't want to sell it.
I've got some free books down by the other door.
Just so that they can be picked off down there.
Children's books mainly.
We've got some more job lock bags.
Mainly toys and bits.
I've got some to go through.
Now, I think they've done well.
They did well, yes.
They were Sami I think it was.
Were you on your own?
I think you were on your own when you were Sami.
Or did you have a edition?
I'm not sure.
I can't remember.
Anyway, they've done well to clear this out.
They are our tables.
They are for display.
But I might... because they were for the window.
But then we had that lovely glass cabinet donated.
Which gives it more heights and stuff would fall off that.
So I might sell those tables.
Probably doing for 10.
I think they were like £18 and things.
But we had a lot of them donated.
But I think we had to buy two extras.
So I think they've done well there.
Because you can see right over there now.
To clear that out.
Because we're trying to get rid of the big stuff.
Because obviously we're not going to be able to get a lot of the big stuff out over winter.
And, you know, we can't get other stuff in.
So we've got a couple of bags there.
I think that's all the bags we've got there.
Mel, did you pick yours up?
I still haven't done yours, Natasha.
I might get down on it today.
A couple of the £5 Joblock bags.
There's loads in there.
We just haven't got time to sort through it.
And the problem we've got is that people are bringing in carfuls of toys.
Now if we hadn't got rid of Blackwood.
Well, to be honest.
If we hadn't got rid of Blackwood.
Right.
We still would have been in the same boat.
Because Caerphilly.
Fantastic donations.
Right.
So unless I had a way I was given to me overnight.
Right.
Then I wouldn't have had room to just take in the toys and give them away for free anyway.
We've done them as £5 Joblocks in bags.
But people are turning up, you see, with carfuls of stuff now.
So we haven't just got the house clearances and the charity shops and everybody else.
But we've got families now turning up with carfuls of stuff.
And we can't...
Well, I'm exhausted.
I'm exhausted.
I couldn't move my neck the other night.
Right.
I can't move my knee and I couldn't move my neck.
It was just a state on me.
It looked like the unspath of Notre Dame walking about the place.
Because I've been down pricing for so long I can't move my neck.
I'm now amped dextrous.
Because...
Seriously, like, seriously.
It's not even a joke.
So anyway, we've reduced some stuff down.
10 if it's gone today.
I mean, that's a bargain for that table.
It's a nice table.
I think that's 12.50 it'll be, but we'll do it for 10.
10 for a pound.
Where else do you get records 10 for a pound?
50p in there.
I don't know what's on the pram.
They're usually about 45.
We'll do them half price.
I've got more prams, but I've taken them in because I don't want them getting damp.
10.
10 if gone today.
I'll do that one for 10 if gone today.
20 if gone today.
Let's have a look what we've got on this side.
I've got a lot of people interested in this Moses basket.
Don't sit on it.
It'll be gone.
Pound, pound, pound, pound, pound, pound, pound, bag of boards.
That's a pound, but it's lost its label.
Pound.
15 for that.
We've got a couple of pairs of flippers cooking around.
5 pound for the chair.
That bouncer is still there.
A lot of the free stuff I put out have gone.
All the baby milk have gone.
That's brilliant.
Thank you for that, because they were having a whine about that on the website.
Which is my baby milk on the floor in a box.
They don't stop, do they?
Must be so miserable whining all the time.
And I think the window looks clearer.
I think that window definitely looks clearer.
Sammy killed the zoo.
We won't go into how she killed the zoo.
But she's killed it.
But I do believe the window looks a lot clearer as well.
But the Teddys are now top-set, I see, and it's full of Teddys.
So, you know, if we ever got to do any work to these windows, we can have them until they open out.
Because it's easier for us to do the windows.
And we've had a bit of an avalanche situation here, so we might wait till Sunday.
Get Dan in the window.
He's a bit more agile than the rest of us.
To pull some stuff up and just come off, look.
But it does look emptier, doesn't it, I think?
So I think, yeah, we've definitely sold the Teddys.
Yes, we've got some expensive ones in there, but they're worth it.
You know, they are collectible ones.
Vintage Disney.
I've got this lot to sort.
It's probably going to go into job... no, I don't know, Teddys won't be.
But if it's toys and stuff, they're probably going to job lot bikes.
I'm going to set myself up for that today.
I'm going to try and get that out now.
What's this?
This needs to go.
I don't know what's on that, but that needs to go.
That can go for like 50p or a pound, because we've lost...
We did have the shapes to it, but it's gone now.
Well, they're in there somewhere, I expect, but they're falling out.
That's why I always stick them...
Stick them in or put a bag on them and tie them to the bag, because stuff like that will just fall out in our shops.
But yeah, actually, it looks a lot better, doesn't it?
Well, you might be thinking, no, it looks better than what it did.
So yeah, like I had somebody who wanted to buy the Mickey Mouse, but I couldn't get up there to get it.
So we've got to clear out now, guys.
Yeah, look, there's less Teddys this side.
Even though they've killed the zoo, there's less Teddys this side.
So Teddys are flying out.
You can see that, because that window was full, weren't it, guys?
Thank you so much for that.
So what we're trying to do, you see, is...
What I'm trying to do is get it so that we get rid of all the big stuff, and then I can stack up some little boxes in there, and people can start shopping that down, because we've got to be careful now, putting stuff out, because it gets damp once it comes back into this particular shop,
and downstairs, it'll get...
It's already a minefield for damp, this shop is.
So we don't want anything being lost because of it.
I've had people in today eyeing up Christmas again.
How much is that, how much is that?
Come on, come on, come on, come on, don't wait.
We snooze or lose, guys, snooze or lose, yeah?
TravelCourt, do it for ten if it goes today.
Well, that's nice, isn't it?
What if that lights up?
My god, it plugged in.
Could do with, like, um...
socket running across and down, so that it's not permanently...
permanently trunking in, like we had in Blackwood.
Put it on your list, Daniel.
Yep, the toys are all reduced because we've got so many in now, so if it's 350, it'll be 50p, if it's five pound, it'll be a pound, unless it's a Teddy, because Teddy's our top seller, unless it's a vintage one as well.
Lampshades, oh, I can't believe those cushions are still here.
They're fantastic, they are, I love them.
And those candles are nice, look.
I'm trying to go slow.
I'm trying to go slow because you'd be surprised how many people come in and say, I saw this on your video.
I mean, we'd had a 40 pound sale on the wood just as we were going out, and the lady was, like, in the next street to us in Portland, Fife, so that's why we took her stuff.
And Dan had room in his car to do it.
Because by that time of night, we're exhausted, you see, because we haven't stopped all day, but he was like, oh, it's only the next street, I'll do it.
40 pound sale as we were going out through the door.
So why have you got 20 on that?
That seems a lot, Dan, 20 on that.
Your prices are going up, Sammy and Dan, your prices are going up.
Mine are coming down and yours are going up.
I think that's too much for that, yes, yes, but it's not, you haven't got all the bits and it needs a good cleaning, guys.
Too much on that, right?
You need to, the pricing needs to come down.
You're going too high and I think it's putting customers off.
I think it needs to come down, definitely.
What's a nice mug in there?
Fossil.
What's a fossil?
I can't recognise it, but I don't...
Mugs will go, mugs always go because they're quite collectible.
But, yeah, I think you need to watch your prices, especially with the toys, OK?
If it's a reseller, and you know it's a reseller, just stop them from buying it straight away anyway.
But I think that was up for too much, Dan.
So, just watch your pricing, please, guys.
What we don't want to do is upset customers with too much pricing.
It needs to be the same as...
We need to try and do it the same.
That's nice, isn't it?
What's that?
What's your wine bottle in there, perhaps, Sue?
And it holds it up to wine bottles, maybe, I don't know.
Nice.
Yeah.
And bring it down because obviously we've got Christmas.
I know we're not going to get any more in now, but we've got bags in it, so...
Keep your prices down lower, please, guys.
You know it's difficult, look at this.
Umbrellas are breeding.
I've got to wash on because I wasn't sure if it was washed, so I've just put it back in again.
This is lovely.
Everybody's after him.
I've got a few price-winners on him, but they're going to go lower because he's very collectible and everybody wants him, so...
Yeah, we've got some lovely teddies in again.
