And obviously it's also a breach of trademark as well, which is criminal.

And obviously we can sue you civilly for both of those as well as criminally.
So I have asked her to remove it and I've explained why.
And I've sent her the screenshots of, you know, the Malicious Communications Act because sharing stuff electronically is also malicious communications.

You are spreading malicious communications electronically by sharing posts to this website because it's under investigation by the police.
So just for you to be aware, I know none of our followers are doing it because all our followers are reporting it 24-7.
They've gone to a lot of trouble and a lot of expense to do this website.
You can see that.
But now it's starting to unravel and now they're starting to lose it.
You can see them having their breakdowns on there and they're all arguing amongst themselves.
But as I've said to you, you can be implemented in sharing this information and by sharing this false information, you're also allowing or preventing mothers that may be struggling today, next week, last week, coming to ask us for help for nappies and food bank and struggling or foil blankets to keep them warm or sleep suits to keep the children warm or clothes because they're desperate for clothes and they've got social on their back.
You are preventing those mothers coming to us for help.
OK, and that is something that we've already spoken about in our impact statements with the police at length that we were brought up in court when this goes to court because it will be going to court.
That how many mothers were impacted by the website and the false information and the malicious communication that was spread.
OK, and how many mothers didn't receive help or were afraid to even go to anywhere else because they didn't want to be involved in any of it because of the malicious communications that are being spread about us which are untrue.
