So yesterday we had a health and safety turn up and they got too much stock.
And we were like, yeah, we know.
Tell me something I don't know.
So I said, who's complained?
So they said, it'll have to let me know.
They've emailed me this morning, Hayley Thomas has made a complaint about Caerphilly Shop.
You've still shot some of my videos.
We guessed it was her.
Now I've got that on the email.
If I want the actual information, I've got to go through the subject access request so I can see what she's actually put on her email.
I've got the email on my phone but I won't put it on yet because I want Daniel to make sure there's no identifying information of the individual from health and safety that's told me this information.
Because obviously Sherlock's already picking on Torfaen Council because they've told him to sling his hook.
So we don't want to create a problem for our officer and individuals in the council that aren't giving us this information.
Because they're sick of it, to be honest.
They're sick of it.
They could have stayed in the office yesterday in the warm.
But they'll have to come out and see me and say, you've got too much stock Jane.
We can say that.
We can say that with our eyes closed.
We don't need to be here Jane.
We can see you've got too much stock.
So, you know, people often do this to distract from themselves.
And right now, she's trying to distract from herself because of what's happened with the paedophile.
Which, I've got to be honest, he looked visually shook up.

I love it when they turn up for a fight and then they get one and then they go whelping up the street to the police.

But this person, going out of her way to make complaints about us again.
Trying to distract anything away from herself.
Constantly writing complaints.
She is a serial five page letter complainer.
We know this from all the complaints she's written all over Facebook about her kids and everything else that's gone on over the years.
But what scares me is this person who's trying to make out she's whiter than white isn't...
You know, this is the person whose son is allegedly a teacher, yet she had children claiming carers allowance for him because he was so incapacitated as a child.
Children because the Department for Work and Pensions, the DWP, said to her, Mrs Thomas, you cannot possibly claim any more carers allowance for any other people because you haven't got enough hours in the week.
And how do I know that?
Because she put it on Facebook years ago.
So this is the individual who has now claimed carers allowance for children that are now teachers, teaching other children.
Writing complaints about my shop trying to get us shut down.
Because she's a registered charity, supposed to be working with the homeless, we're a baby bank, but we're such a threat she's got to keep ringing environmental health.
And what did environmental health do?
They came out and said, Jane, you've got too much stock.
I'm like, I know.
Tell me something I don't know.
And they said, well, what are we going to do about it?
I said, I don't know.
I'm waiting for the big credit crunch to come in so I can get six more warehouses.
You tell me what to do.
In the meantime, roll up your arms and start going through donations.
Did they shut us down?
No.
Have they shut us down within five years?
No.
Are you going to get us shut down?
No.
Are you likely to get shut down if you carry on?
Because you're a registered charity and your behaviour reflects on your registered charity.
And right now we're compiling quite a bit of evidence against you for malicious intent.
Bearing in mind, we've already shut two down.
Two of the most notorious people in Wales, we've shut down.
And after your escapades the other day, showing people exactly what you were like when he turned up, and I were out of the pedo and said, oh, smashed window, smashed car up.
So that car wasn't smashed up.
He's at all order apart.
And I told him this when he bought that car that he would have trouble getting parts.
Right.
Now he has broken the cable inside to release the handle of the door.
And now it won't shut properly.
Right.
So now he can't just drive off of his car with his door flapping in the wind or park it and not be able to lock it somewhere.
So it has to be kept on the drive where we can put a steering lock on it and various other things.
Well, we wait for the part, which is taking forever to come.
I believe it should.
I believe it's in the country now.
But if they smashed up his car, were they planning on doing that to Daniel's car?
Because it's funny how he turned up and had this story about the car being smashed up when it wasn't.
It makes me wonder now, did he hear on the grapevine that the car had been... because he had an alibi, so it wasn't him.
Right.
In all fairness to the guy, it wasn't him.
Whether he got somebody else to do it and they didn't do it or was it her?
Because it's funny how his car got smashed up and they alleged our car was smashed up or going to be.
We, you know, we don't got time for this bullshit.
We're out here sorting thousands and thousands of tons of donations every day.
And they're in their little registered charity that's all paid for by grants and your donations, keeping their backsides warm, eating all the food, yeah, that's being picked up from Greggs, because I don't see the public getting the Greggs.
Eating all the food, not showing how many donations they're getting, cash for clothing all their donations, because they've had to come forward about that to say they've cashed for clothes instead of giving it to the homeless.
And yet they've got time to pick on us.
So bear with us guys because we got quite a bit on.

I've got a lady that wants something from the donation centre which is paid for in advance.

That, you know, I can free him up now to get those out for you.
We'll arrange a time to meet you and get them out.
And obviously we refund you if they're no good, but it just makes, you know, otherwise we'd be in there all the time pulling stuff out.
But we'll get the email up and I will pull it up because the council, the police and everybody else is getting complaints 24 7, right?
The bloody Queen and the bloody King, right?
They're getting fed up of it now.
So now they're telling us who it is so that we can make a malicious communications complaint to the police.
But, you know, it just goes to show, doesn't it, what these people are like.
