Well done to our staff today because obviously they've had health and safety and they've been reported.
These are mothers mind.
Mothers has given up their time to help other mothers and they've passed.
So well done, round of applause for volunteers again, they've passed.
Obviously we have advisories, you know, you've got too much stock.
We're like, what do you want us to do about it?
We can't do anything about it other than stop stuff coming in, you know, which we're going to do because we're big recyclers.
That's what we do and people want to support us and help us.
But all you do when you report, because nothing ever happens, what do you think is going to happen when you report me to Social Services Trading Standards, the police, the Ghostbusters, you know, report me to the Vatican.
What do you think happens when you report us to the fibregate?
They come in, they go, you've got too much stuff.
I'm like, I know.
They're like, well can you try and like make it look less?
Let me do your construction, right?
Health and safety, they pull up, right?
And they come in and they're like, oh god, you ready for this?
You got your clipboard now, Edith?
Oh god, here we go.
Hiya!
Health and safety!
Is Jane here?
No, no, she's in such-and-such a shop.
Here's the health and safety file.
Thank you very much.
We don't want it.
That's what they usually say, but they all know to give them the health and safety file that contains all the information that they may need to know if I'm not on the premises.
The volunteers then ring me, so I'm then on the phone if I'm not there, so I can go around and talk to them, and they're like, what's this?
What's that?
And I go, that's that, and that's this.
And they're like, oh, blow my neck, Jane.
You've got a load of stuff, haven't you?
I'm like, can't help it, I'm so popular.
You know, try and piss people off, but people keep liking me and bringing me stuff.
You know, and they laugh.
And then they're like, oh, right, okay.
Well, you know you've got too much stuff.
What's happening?
We have a second warehouse.
Well, we're waiting for the rents to drop.
Oh yeah, rents are dreadful.
Yeah, you know.
And they're like, all right, okay.
So the plan is warehouse, new year, probably, when the rents have gone down, or if one comes up, we'll be straight in there.
Okay, no problem, not a problem.
Well, lovely to see you anyway.
We'll see you again next time when your fan club reports you again.
And then they're like, oh, this is nice.
Which is this day or other?
You forget that these people that work for the Ghostbusters, the Vatican, the police, the fire brigade, the council, the trading standards, they're all parents themselves, they're all mothers themselves, they're all fathers themselves.
And they all like what we're doing.
And they also like the stuff.
Because of the quality of the items that we get donated, they like to come in.
And they know that when they come in, it won't be the price that we've written on the tag, it won't be that price, it won't be that price, because they know we're on offer.
Because when we've got so much, and we're doing really well, we slap everything on offer.
So I don't know why you waste your time, I really don't.
But there we are, passed the game.
So well done to the volunteers.
