When I was in Risca today, I went into the Risca library because they had some bits for us.
When I went in there, there was a known paedophile to Risca in there.
Standing by the coffee.
He tends to gravitate around toilets.
And the coffee bit, the free tea and coffee bit, was by the toilet.

So I thought, right, I'm going to walk over there now.
I'm going to walk over to that coffee and I'm going to do myself a cup of tea and get myself a couple of packs of sugar to get me through the day and make you feel as uncomfortable as I fucking can.

I know the kids are back in school, but he was in there.

And the social workers have had to deal with him on my behalf.
And the police have been called to him on many occasions when he wouldn't go.

While he's entitled to be in a public place, in a library.
Obviously, if he was upstairs, I'd have gone nuts where the kids' stuff is.
But he was downstairs.
But I made him feel as uncomfortable as I could today.
I clocked him as soon as I went in there.

So if there's anything that he used to go in the token shop in Blackwood and I went in there and told him and they were like, I have to get him out of there now.
So just for you to be aware, he is going around public spaces.
These warm hub public spaces that they've got funding for.
