Right, Caerphilly - 10 Sep 2025 - (374 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank

Right, Caerphilly... I can't get through today.
It's like every time I move a bag another bag appears.
Right, I need another shop and I need another warehouse or something in Caerphilly ASAP because I now have a couple of mums that's willing to do collections.
Now, you'll try and do them all on one day so if we say like, I don't know, Thursday or Friday this week that's when your donations will be locked in.
They will be free but what I don't want is toy boxes being emptied out especially this time of year Christmas with broken toys, dirty toys, bits of toys into bags because we won't take it and if it's not sorted into full sets we won't take it.
Right, we're not picking up dirty items so if they turn up as a high chain is stinking they're not going to take it.
Okay, same with the clothes.
They won't pick up the clothes if they're just rammed in a black bag full of cat's eyes, food and all the rest of it.
Okay, I think that's fair because otherwise all we're doing is picking up your rubbish for free.
So we're gonna trial it.
I've got some volunteer mums.
They'll come to your house, pop it outside, they'll take a picture of it.
Right, so they've got proof of what they've picked up and obviously they'll send that to us and then they'll drop it off, well primarily at the shop, but obviously we're looking for a second location now in Caerphilly.
And then obviously we go through the donations.
Okay, so they'll need a picture of it in situ before it goes.
If you want to be in the picture you can.
We love it when you're in the picture but you don't have to be.
And obviously they will try not to get door numbers and things in the picture as well.
So what do you think of that mums?
You happy with that?
Obviously, like we've said before, nothing stained, nothing dirty, nothing ripped, damaged, no good for us.
Okay, no broken toys, nothing stinking dirty, we can't take it.
Otherwise they'll come and they'll refuse it and then you'll be stuck with it.
