Caption: local council delivered 6 weeks worth of free school meals, per child, in one delivery. Helping to prevent food waste by collecting and distributing

It's my car today.
Well, tonight now.
I'm on the night shift.
These dog foods, these two dog foods there are available, but this one is going tomorrow.
All we ask is small donation towards our food bank, that's all.
Even money or tins, whatever you can do.
So, some of these tins that we've collected this week off people, I got a food bank for myself this week, and then stuff I didn't want I put in as well.
But, some of the stuff has come out of the school dinners, but we're passing it on to the families that are donating the dinners, so they can have a rummage in here to take some stuff, you know, to fill them back up, but they're more than welcome to contact us mid-six weeks holiday if they're a bit short,
because they've had to give these dinners away.
So I'll show you what's in the dinners now.
Ah, this is one typical box.
We've picked up six.
Yes, six today in Caerphilly.
So this is just one box that we've picked up tonight now.
They've got a lovely beef dinners they do.
Look at them.
I mean, the boxes themselves are fantastic.
But the problem is, is the storing of it, isn't it?
You know, so this lady has given us this, so they've had some pizzas as well this time.
There's usually the micro meals.
So this mum has obviously got them in her fridge.
We've got bread.
We've got melon.
And some veg and some milk.
Just some fresh stuff there.
Mainly, like I said, all of this is being recycled.
We're not letting any of this go.
You know, we're giving this out to families.
So this will be given out tonight to a family.
So they can make use of it.
Rather than it being binned, because of the way that the council has chosen to deliver it.
So, this doesn't có anything...
So, they did not even bring this up tonight.
