I saw this video and a girl made the same breakfast every day for a month, so I want to try it.
She took a potato and just peeled it right into the pan.
She had a lot more finesse than me.
Okay, I did about this much.
Here it is.
Let it brown.
Wait, she's salted at this point.
There we go.
Now we flip it.
Woo!
Then she scrambled an egg.
I'm not going to scramble it.
I can do it on top.
Look, I can just do it like this.
Now she shredded her cheese, but mine's like this, so we'll go...
It's going to fold over, so yeah, we melt it.
Ooh!
Okay, you ready?
Oh, it's beautiful.
I'm going to call it...
Hold on.
It fits this way.
Okay.
It's literally so pretty.
Okay.
A little bit of sesame oil.
She did sesame oil on her avocado.
She hit it with more salt and pepper, some sauce, and green onion.
Woo!
Wow!
It's so pretty.
They always comment, oh, that's the first edible thing we've ever made.
I make pretty food all the time.
Okay.
Oh, wait!
One more thing.
She also had a pickle.
Okay.
Holy cow!
I have thoughts.
You see her video, you see my video, you think you know what this tastes like.
Mmm.
It's way better.
Like, I knew it was going to be good, but this is way better.
Let me try it with the avocado.
I want to eat this for breakfast tomorrow.
The way the potato is, how it's cut so thin, and it's just like, the cheese and the egg, and just the flavors, even just the sesame oil.
Like, everything is perfect.
Mmm.
Sure.
I'm going to have a green onion.
Wait, that wasn't for everyone.
If you put on plumping lip gloss, and it's still on your lips, like, if you put on 12 hours ago, it doesn't count.
If you put on one hour ago, yeah, there's probably some residue.
Then you can have the green onion.
This is too small of a portion to share.
Sorry.
It's the next day.
I want to show you my breakfast.
I woke up thinking about it.
Good morning.
It's the next day.
Make it handy.
I just want to show you my breakfast.
It's so good.
