How sad do you have to be to stalk and watch another woman. Who has Autism and learning difficulties and runs a baby bank voluntarily for Mum's in need and photo graph her and stalk her movements putting a sign at the bottom of the street (when I already did a video to say that's where I'm putting items) and upload it to a malicious website. I know this because I caught her doing it myself.
