I think we will see alot more retail fires before 26 is out. Councils with impossible rates, businesses not making any sales due to credit crisis tidal wave and shop owners not able to pay mortgages and rates on empty buildings. The Government caused this through greed. If you are anything but a not for profit you won't survive this and even charity shops are closing down.
