If you are requesting help then it needs to be in a written format with address and signature by the recipient only and delivered to the mangers of the shops or myself. This process has been in place for over a year. We need this for our records. If you want to purchase items for the shops you can just go into any of them and purchase. Many thanks. If midwives, health visitors etc want to make a referral it can be attached to the individuals letter of request. It will then be consider by myself and two other trustees.
