Guys don't take bags and donations from out side charity shops and bins it is theft. Plus there are multiple shop and bins we are now authorised by charities to collect the over flow from .

Risca area /Blackwood area/ Pontypool area/ Newbridge/Caerphilly and Ystrad Mynach. Yesterday loads were pulled out. I had to speak to two people we knew taking items without permission and making a mess and leaving it all over the floor for us or the other charities to clean up. We have 4 bags of washing because someone pulled open bags at the tesco bins yesterday and they got wet. This is theft and littering which you can be charged for by the police.

We have had permission off spercific charities to collect the over flow to prevent the bin dippers causing these problems in the first place.
