We are expanding rapidly and we need more dedicated, hard working volunteers. We need the shops organised and kept clean and tidy . We reward our volunteer managers with £30 store credit per week. This will not affect benefits or tax as its is a gesture of goodwill. We need weekday and weekend volunteer managers, shop volunteers daily, community cafe volunteers, nneb/teaching assistant level 3 qualified for lego clubs. Mums to run craft clubs.
Risca shop I need two volunteer managers
And a weekend manager(both days). Someone to run lego club who is qualified.
Blackwood shop. We need a weekend manager both days and shop volunteers and community cafe volunteers.
Pontypool Superstore we need daily shop volunteers. Weekend manager both days, lego club qualified memeber of staff, mums to run craft clubs, volunteers to run the community cafe.
Donation centre shop manager , you must be able to operate manual roller shutter and put out and bring in stock out the front. You will not be responsible for sorting donations. We also need a qualified memeber of staff to run lego clubs and mums to run craft clubs. Community cafe a possibility at DC.
I need vinted/ebay/depop sellers please.
We do not take cash payments so there is no cash handling involved .
✅Volunteer managers awarded £30 a week in stock allowance to use in any of our shops (T&C apply). Free snacks and beverages of their choice and a micro meal for lunch.
️✅Volunteers are entitled to 75% staff discount in any of our shops. (T&C apply). Free snacks and beverages of their choice and a micro meal for lunch. (T&C apply). ️
✅️Volunteers get thank you gifts. Volunteers week certificate for portfolio and a gift from us personally. Volunteers also recieve birthday and Christmas gifts.
✅Flexible hours and days
️✅️We work wirh ACAS so volunteers with disabilities and learning difficulties can access work related training and courses and equiptment to help them volunteer.
✅We work with the Job Centres and Councils to help people volunteer and gain experience and help them to access paid employment. You will also recieve accredited training and qualifications via Caerphilly and Torfean Council as they support us.

✅️Access to our main foodbanks
✅️Volunteers we can pay millage and travel fees.
✅️ Volunteers are able to borrow FREE OF CHARGE, books, dvds, and games and puzzels to use at home and then return. Log with shop managers.
✅️You will be volunteering for a REGISTERED FOODBANK AND QUALIFIED BABY BANK AND NOT FOR PROFIT BUSINESS recognised by the local councils. We have recieved grants and discounts and advice and training from the Councils which have supported us since 2020. We have also won two sustainability awards from the CRS Accreditation in London. We have also recieved recognition from Welsh Journalists and buisnesses in the community.
