Had a conversation with a few a customers since we binned off the last managers due to theft. Few has said that Peter was still asking for cash after we went to card only which we passed onto the police and another lady who said the Pontypool shop were making people spend £10 minimum before foodbank items are issued. I need to know if something is wrong when you enter the shops. Message me please if you have a complaint or query.
