Anyone recognise this pleb bin dipper? Just ripped all the bins bags open on crane Street, all the St David's bags open and took what ever he wanted and then I caught him arguing with the salvation army bins putting on the badly fitting woman's coat he fished out. He's not hungry or in need - he's just a pleb of a bin dipper making a mess. I picked up as much rubbish as I could but my knees are useless. Really need idiots like this on the back of 48 hour shift preparing donations to fundraise for families in need. Stay in the house if you are a pleb.
