They have had damage to toys, and floor based electrical items, they need warm clothes. Most have been evacuated to hotels/temp housing but couldn't take anything and they are looking at 2- 3 weeks before they can salvage anything
Please drop to the shops. Mark the bags FLOOD APPEAL AND TELL THE STAFF THAT THESE ARE FOR THE FLOOD APPEAL. (We may have trouble storing sofas for when they move so liase with me first if you have sofas please. WE CAN NOT COLLECT OR DELIVER WE ARE A DROP OFF POINT ONLY AND ORGANISING DISTRIBUTION TO THOSE MOST IN NEED AT THIS TIME.
