I've driven around South Wales tonight and seen all the trick or treaters and everyone's houses ready for Halloween. My favourites were the two lads in Newport dressed as a whoopee cushion and a hotdog! Excellent effort made across South Wales!

I've collected from Pontypool, Newport, Llantwit Fardre, Bedwas and Caerphilly! Then I caught the infamous Caerphilly morrions bin dipper on video! 20 minutes worth of him shifting bags about because he guessed he had been rumbled! Forwarded to the police. Middle aged with a hoody dressed younger, smoking 8:30pm -9pm - casually popped out of the bushes from the estate behind and then back through! Obviously he couldn't steal them tonight so he casually tidied up the bin area for the remaining 10 mins
