All our positions are voluntary, including mine. No one is paid to work for the Baby Bank we are here to help Mothers, babies and children and rescue from landfill. Our volunteers managers are gifted £30 of stock a week for Free as a gesture if good will. This is only gifted if the terms and conditions of the manager role are being met. We need managers who can manage a shop, stock and volunteers - not cause us additional problems.
