Thank you to our customers this week we have had some lovely chats with regulars and new customers. Alarms are installed in Blackwood shop so far, it may take a little longer at the till area to finalise the sale as the staff have to check for tags and remove them. They will ask anyone if the alarms go off to come back in the shop to deactivate your purchase if sold to you. If not you will be detained for the police by us and security. You are on cctv inside the shop with audio and on the market areas cctv amd audio outside the shop, exactly the same as Pontypool shop and Risca and our donation centre . We had 2 or 3 turn on their heels today when they saw the electronic gates! GOOD 👍 WE DONT WANT THIEVES IN OUR SHOPS. We are also refusing to remove any security tags from other shops with or without a receipt. Take the product back to the shop you bought it from. Our tags contain ink so if you pull them off you will be covered in bright blue ink.
