We have some excellent managers and most of them work 6- 7 days a week which is burning them out We also have more volunteers and Mothers coming in to help us but it's more people for them to manage too. We ideally need 2-3 managers per shop and donation centre.

We are looking for people who are passionate about the volume of stock we take in, passionate about working that stock, good with customers and able to build rapport with them so we can best help their needs. By the end of the month we are hoping to be fully cashless in all shops and the donation centre.
