Brynmawr Shop is still struggling. It's open Monday - Friday 9:30-4 approx.
Our staff there helped 9 Mothers and babies over the last two weeks so there is definitely a need for the service in Brynmawr .

Can we ask all our followers from Ebbw Vale, Brynmawr, Blaenavon to spread the word and share our post please. Explain that 100% of any money made goes back into the Baby Bank to help mothers .

HOW OUR BABY & CHILDRENS FOOD BANK WORKS:

Mothers with children under 18 years can choose from:-

Nappies- FREE to Mothers who are customers and donators .STRICTLY 1 pack per house per week from1 shop.
OR
FREE sanitary items and TOILETRIES
OR
FREE full food BANK referral (Mums can ask for nappies/pet food/baby milk too - if the main depo have it they will provide it plus 3 days worth of food per person in the house.)
OR
FREE top up shop to help mums with children under 18 through thr week
Mothers can choose 4-5 items of food a week.
OR
FREE pet food bank provided by the Pet Food Bank
If a Mother with children under 18 years needs further help then we ask them to put it in writing (for our audit), and the trustees of our charity pending will decide if that request can be met by the baby bank.

We provide all new Mothers in Wales with 0-12 months essential clothes bundle for FREE & premature box for free which we deliver to the neonatal ward.
