Volunteers:- we have a few tasks to do in the next two weeks. I'm preparing you in advance
1. Expect more stock to be in your shops with out warning in the mornings please. This stock needs to worked and put out please. We have just agreed a contract with a major recycling clothes and other items company. It's easier for us to deliver it in the evening due to parking and traffic . Bags will be labled for you.
2. You will be undertaking a shop fitting stock take. Please don't start it with out me or Viv (the area manager there with you ), this is because we need an asset value of Jayne's Baby Bank as a company/charity pending. Last time it was done incorrectly with people sticking stickers everywhere which is no good.
A) you will record item in sharpie on actual item
B) log it on correct paperwork
C) write down the RRP value of the shop fitting
D) write down the corresponding weight bearing load.
(Don't start this with out us, I am giving everyone advance warning as this is a big task and it needs to be done correctly)
3. You will have corresponding weight bearing requirements on each of your shop fittings displayed. You can start researching these if you wish but don't write on the actual item please. Keep a rough log.
4. You must follow the weight bearing requirements of that shop fittings. You have scales to help you achieve this effectively.
Thanks guys. Me and viv will be out and about soon to start this process.
