Don't leave donations outside of charity bins - any thing outside goes straight to landfill because rats will have pee'd on them. Theses bins are cash for clothes. The charity get 5p if they are lucky per item and cash for clothes get the rest of the good and thre profit! Take your donations into a re use shop or a charity shop during working hours
