All volunteers this is our health and safty page and we have a manual handling book circulating the shops. Please can you read it. Can all staff read the job discription on the walls of the shops and follow it please. Can warehouse staff please re read the safty and placement map on the wall of the donation centre to make sure everyone is following the same techniques and procedures.

Do not place items above head height.

Do not throw stock or mis handle stock otherwise breakages/damage will have to be paid for in future please.

All breakages/damages to be recoded in the back of the sales logs. I will record any stock that is waste. If I am not in the shops with you send me a photograph .

Do not throw stock in any bins without me seeing it first. This is a legal requirement.
