We kicked this off last year and I can 100% say I havn't been healthy. I find it hard to be health when we are so busy, and some of my medications 💊 make me feel nauseous around cooking smells ect. What about if we try and promote "fake away" receipes to kick start the year off supporting each other to be healthy. 🥬🥦🍎🍓
