New audit process for donations and sales. Current donations in the shops are from Big Risca and Aberbargoed not new ones in.

Donations come in as normal but not opened in the shops. The bags/boxes can be weighed. They are audited by trustees/or the team appointed and numbered and logged. Each number needs to be marked off in the book when sold through the till.

Damages and breakages are logged in the back of the books. Also all items given for free are logged in the sales order tracker. Ie) nappies and milk and top up shop.
