We are leaving because I am not happy about the roof leaking and the landlord not fixing various other problems with the fumes* the tenants next door are making, and the abuse off the residents who live up the the lane. (Caronavirus Wales or community volunteers Wales/pantry or what ever they are calling themselves/ police are in regular attendance to them). Me and the volunteers decided we needed shops AND warehouses, hence why we took on laurens tots on the high street. Then, we were given a better offer off 100 less a month and £3000, rent discount plus free use of the basement, of a shop on another highstreet ( equivalent to the same size as big Risca on two floors) . If the landlord at Risca fixes the roof , the neighbours and deals with his non compliance/abestos and its safe to return we will take it back on as 1 of our warehouses. But they have also had planning for 15 houses on the site. We passed all our health and safety, with and exempt food hygiene rating, and have been trading there for 18months with a very low footfall - please stop spreading rumors 🙄🤷‍♀️🙈.
