Don't forget the Pantri is Risca have said they will do you a free £4 basket if you are in need and emergency food parcels. They can't refuse as this goes against trading standards as they have publicly stated this AND they are a registered charity. I know a few were refused free food baskets last week.

They have plenty of food there and plenty of income so feeding people for free shouldn't be an issue
