If you need us to help you for free I need a written letter of request of what you need I don't need to know why - you wouldn't be asking if you didn't need help. Drop off to any of the shops and it will be put before the Trustees who will agree on the level of help granted. This letter is kept on file. Only trustees, and Charity commission and employed accountants will have access to these letters.
FREE FOODBANK vouchers are available in every shop and over social media . We will also give you a number to ring and they can help with benefit checks, debt help and tax rebates - all sorts. We don't deliver. You will have to collect at a Trussel Trust outlet.
Top up food bank 2-3 items a week for Free. ( we have a few people trying to take bags of dog food and bags full of toiletries ATM !! it's 2 -3 items or you a food bank voucher not bags full and both). Top up foodbanks are available at Pontypool, Risca shop NOW - AND ABERBARGOED SHOULD BE IN PLACE BY THURSDAY. We do not deliver.
FRESH FARESHARE FOOD - WILL BE AVAILABLE IN EACH SHOP 1 CARRIER BAG PER PERSON PER DAY WHILE STOCKS LAST. MOTHERS AND CHILDREN TAKE PRIORITY. (NOT AVAILABLE YET). We do not deliver.
NAPPIES ARE FREE TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND DOANTORS - 1 PACK PER HOUSEHOLD PER WEEK WHILE STOCKS LAST. We do not deliver .
We accept donations for the food bank as long as packaging is in good condition and in date.
