Mess we have had to clean up 3 times at Risca this week! Police have been and taken the cctv again. Same person! Same bags you have been pulling out all week! Council were asked to collect Tuesday as it was actually fly tipped and not donated on the road side 🙄. We are going to push to press charges now of fly tipping and stealing by find.
