STOP SMOKING.
I've nursed and cared for patients with lung cancer it's not a nice death gasping for breath in pain. I've nursed children with smoking related cancers. I'm ill and I've been a passive smoker 30 years of my life. The connection is certain. Even vets tell you not to smoke around pets. Please don't smoke. Well done if you are on your 4th or 5th attempt to stop - you are more determined than ever to quit. There is help available, Go to GP and ask for patches etc, try an electronic cigarette. It's hard, I know - but you can do it.
