Two people In Risca shop this week:

"Jayne always gives me discount" £3 spend. Most people to tell us to keep the change towards nappies! Discount is for long term volunteers only!
It's not my Mothers - they never ask for discount.

To my face : "Jayne told me on the phone she would pick up all my stuff, for free in her van!"

2. I don't give out my phone number
3. I don't answer my phone when it rings because I'm too busy.
4. We don't collect unless you have booked a £25 scheduled collection unless we are passing your house on route to shops.
5. The vans are for storage only and havn't moved in 3 years.
