so.. people have been in donations bags again, someone has gone through one outside Pontypool shop tonight. Someone has been caught on cctv and recognised by us and the police at Risca - I've left a note on the door for you! DO NOT TO GO THROUGH DONATION BAGS AND OUR RUBBISH - NEIL!!
