We are going to start collecting for Homeless mothers too. We met a few over the last two weeks - previously left the homeless to the homeless groups but they don't seem to be concentrating on them as much. We don't want them to become forgotten women and mothers - we can take alsorts for them, tents, sleeping bags , blankets , clothes, socks, underwear, toiletries (I'm not worried if it's half a bottle of shampoo). Tins and dried food- sustainable food

As we always say if you want your donations to go for fundraising, Help in the UK, refuges, Africa or the Ukraine* OR HOMELESS MOTHERS - lable the bags because we will make sure they go where you want them to.

*our lady only ships what is needed to the Ukraine front line but otherwise she puts it in the free Ukraine Shop in the Kingsway - just for you to be aware.

We were also approached about mothers with Visas over the last two weeks and while I don't know much about visas - we help all mums and if 20 hours max a week helps visa mums to show they can volunteers and work hard in the UK I'm sure this is something we can accommodate. Volunteer work stands out a mile on a CV or character statement and we are willing to help all mothers . I have a telephone interview with imagination office next week to find out what I have to do as a volunteer employer

We have also met some contacts that did volunteer work in Bangladesh so it would be nice to link up with helping organisations there too

We have applied for our lottery lisence 🤞🤞

I need volunteers in Aberbargoed, Risca and I am waiting on some work to be done on Abertillery before I sign the contract.
