🍼I don't need to be a charity - the Financial Conduct Authority authorised my full business name: Jayne's Mother & Baby Bank, Food Bank and Charity Shops.

🍼You don't need to be a registered charity to be a baby bank or a food bank.

🍼You don't need to ge a registered chairty to be charitable and help people.

🍼We are already in the charity registration and CIC process and have preliminary numbers for our charity and corporation tax . Which reminds me, have you submitted your accounts yet? On the charity and CiC and HMRC websites all your accounts are overdue?? And just to remind you all over 10k you need to employ a registered accountant to do the accounts for you.

By all means ring X Ray and get them to investigate us. They will have a pleasant surprise as we are breath of fresh air in the world of 'fake charities and cic who are registered'. We always welcome free publicity 😉
